Fantastic company. Not the biggest stock of board games but they have great sales now and again and the games are really well packaged.

Online or in person Jamie and the rest of the team are always on the ball and all about making the customer happy. Advice in bucketloads if required and never try to oversell.

However, while the service is generally good, the experience could be more memorable for that wow factor. The atmosphere and facilities are adequate, making it a decent option for gaming and events. Overall, it's worth considering, but there's room for improvement to stand out more distinctly.

Good price, posted very promptly & good communication. Also very well packaged thankfully, as Royal Mail left it outside in full view of everyone in the rain for the weekend. Despite instruction to leave with neighbours. The extra layer of bubble wrap put on by Mox appears to have saved it.

I shop there in person and always had a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the games are always competitively priced. I have not tried the game nights but that's next on the list.

Excellent service thanks

Originally had a late dispatch and left a bad review because of it. That was my bad, I didn't realise that 5 working days was their maximum listed time, so be aware of that (so be aware if you do order, your order could take 6-7 working days to arrive if they're busy, but they do use Tracked 24 shipping).

But, the company took time to explain to me the details of the situation, and I can honestly say that I would recommend them just for that. My original review was harsh and, honestly, it seems like the people here are good and care even if they were busy and delayed this week.

Would order again, just because of the people and the honesty behind it all!
