I made my first purchase of 3 Magnetic Starter Bundle Lashes from MoxieLash, 1 Natural and 2 Honey. I didn’t know that the Honey bundle were brown lashes. I contacted the company for an exchange and immediately got the lashes that I wanted on the same day. They even offered free shipping & handling. I haven’t tried my lashes yet, but these lashes looked gorgeous on my co-workers. I had bad allergic reaction to the glue used by the eyelashes salons. Before I wanted to spend my money on good brand lashes, I went out and bought cheap store magnetic lashes and wore them for a day. My eyes were fine so I decided to go for MoxieLash because they looked natural and the prices are reasonable. I definitely would recommend MoxieLash to my friends. I ordered the wrong style of lashes and the exchange was super easy!

I have purchased several pairs of Moxie lashes throughout the past year and a half. I bought multiple pairs at one time and initially had no problem with them. However, since I bought several pair, I did not use them all simultaneously and left them sealed in the box unopened. I recently Opened a box of the lashes and the clear lashes eyeliner was completely dried up which left me unable to use the lashes that I had purchased as I did not have the liner.. I contacted them and let them know that the liner solution had dried up and was unable to be used. They refused to replace the eyeliner serum because my purchase was made beyond their 30 day guarantee.. So, my word of caution would be not to buy multiple lashes or purchases of their lashes and eyeliner solutions at one time, because if you don’t use them immediately, and they dry up, they will not replace the serum so that you can use the lashes that you bought. So, I have the lashes but no serum to use with those lashes as was accompanied with them when I purchased them. I thought that this was ridiculous and poor service I had spent hundreds of dollars buying lashes from them and had not had a problem before. But when I did have a problem, they refused to replace the lash solution that would cause the lashes to adhere for my use. That is all that I asked them to do.. I will not be purchasing from them again due to this poor customer care and service with no reference to all of the purchases that I had previously made and obviously had run into a problem due to the product being below par and not as advertised. When you purchase them they don’t give you a deadline date by which to use the solution at least in my case there was none on the case at all. Beware and certainly do not purchase multiple pairs with the liner solution, Because, if it dries up and you don’t get back with them within 30 days, they will not replace the bad liner solution that you obviously received

I love MoxieLash lashes. I have bought over 25 pairs of lashes in the past but I decided to try a different style. The style did not go well with my eye shape so MoxieLash made it very easy for me to exchange it for a style that I was use to. Thank you MoxieLash!

Moxie lash have always been great. Superb customer service and great quality products. I recently bought a pair of lashes and they were just so huge and over the top I couldn't use them, it was my first time buying any of the magnetic ones so I'd also purchased the magnetic liner. They made sure none of it was a waste! They sent me a new pair of lashes of my choosing as an exchange for free. I went with one that id bought before knowing I'd be happy with it. Luzille was so friendly and quick and happy to help.

I purchased a set of nano grip lashes and a few days later got an email that they were out of stock at the time of purchase due to high demand. They gave me a few options of what I’d like to do and I asked for a gift card. Within minutes they issued me a gift card. I realized it didn’t include the shipping cost and let them know and within seconds they had the gift card to the original price that I paid. Customer service is hands down a 5 out of 5 in my book! They are very quick to reply and resolve any issues that you have. I’ve been purchasing their lashes for a few years now and this is the first time that I’ve had this type of issue, but it was resolved very quickly!

Great customer service correcting an issue with my order (no one’s fault but mine- as a first time customer I ordered the wrong thing). My issue was fixed seamlessly, quickly and with no additional charge.
The lashes are amazing. I have gotten professional extensions that don’t look this good and were WAY more expensive. Also, I have never been able to apply my own lashes and I have tried more than once- with adhesive and with magnetic lashes. I finally gave up and just have been using mascara, which I don’t enjoy wearing but I am very unhappy with my natural lashes….
Until now! I will wear these regularly instead of mascara. Truly game changing. Thank you Moxie Lash for building a better mousetrap so to speak. Your lashes are easy to apply and look fabulous. The natural looking ones look like they are my own lashes with some mascara and liner on. It’s a very natural and subtle look. I can’t wait to try some of the more glamorous ones to go out in the evening!

Worst company ever!!! I almost consider them a scam. I placed an order online and despite several attempts to reach out to them they sent the same BS emails... it didn't ship til almost a month later. But that wasn't the end of it..was held up lost for weeks. Funny I originally received DHL tracking #. I called them this time & now apparently switched to Canada Post. I finally received it with an additional $50 in customs fees. I asked for a refund a few times throughout this ordeal and always denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Seriously Moxielash thats the response you give me back?! the extra duties were a small part of it. How about you comment on all the other things you screwed up on & the rotten customer service i received!! And telling me to waste my time contacting customs and your customer service dept further?? maybe you should take a screen shot and present to the owner of the business.

I ordered a certain style with which I was not 100% happy and Moxie made the exchange very easy and makes me confident to order from them again.

Not only are the lashes AMAZING but the customer service is something you don’t find anywhere anymore!!! If you are not fully happy with the lashes you picked out Moxie Lash customer service will help you exchange them for a different pair that is better suit for you! Love my Moxie Lashes!!

My experience with lashes didn’t work. I believe I have several rows of lashes making it difficult to manage. Moxie lash refunded my money without hesitation. I really did want them to work!!!

The service is great and the return policy is seamlessly easy. I love the Moxie Lashies. I just wish there were more styles in stock.
