Fast and efficient. Very polite and helpful in placing furniture and setting up a new home.

Moving Squad was great! The movers were professional and very efficient. They completed my move in just over 5 hours for a job that was estimated to take 6-7 hours. They carefully wrapped our furniture to prevent damage. If they saw a defect to any of our furniture they pointed it out to us. I would recommend Moving Squad to my friends and family.

Costumer service was very good and helpful.
The movers were in time and did the work fast and effective.
My only comment will be that at the final destination the movers placed some boxes and small items not very organized, it was a bit hard to walk around.

Disappointed with this company by the damage created by movers and the movers themselves. Was told that furniture would be wrapped with padding, yet some pieces were wrapped with plastic only. A lot of damage to personal property. I’ll leave certain parts out, but I will say this....if you tip the movers, you tip what you think is right. Don’t be told what each person makes. Lastly, they got to my home at 11:00 because the first truck broke down. At 7:30 PM, they were all chomping at the bit to leave. Some parts of the move wasn’t completed. Choose wisely!

All good. After they arrived, there was not a lot of time to load and then unload accordingly. But the 3 man crew worked hard and fast and diligently and made our move a very pleasantly endeavor. If moving can ever be a pleasant endeavor, this was it.

Moving squad were very professional, polite, efficient, helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

They were on time and quick. I had used them before and experienced the same great service this time.

The only problem was the price. When I called they high balled the estimate at $611.00, So there were no surprises at the end of the move and that made me feel good about it.
But just like every other movie company it ended up costing me $350 more.
Which totaled $950.
So as I was disappointed at the end of the move because it was $350 more ! When I first called the Move Sqaud salesman John high balled the price so there would be no more $$ surprises at the end of the move as far as payment.
Well he lied !
Otherwise I would highly recommend this moviing company for being professional courteous and very careful with your furniture and belongings.
In conclusion as far as the price and having a peace of mind with the high ball price the salesman gives you in the beginning, Poorly done and very wrong. Like every other moving company !!

Destroyed half of my stuff. Still waiting to be refunded.

Don't trust them with your stuff.

The movers only cared about getting the job done quickly regardless of the items actually being intact.

I contracted Moving Squad to move locally from my condo in Aventura, FL to my Townhouse in Coral Springs, FL on August 10, 2018. I was never offered insurance or extra insurance. The movers/workers were careless and although I repeated multiple times that my new Italian leather king size needed to be taken apart to fit thru doors, they said they would make it work. They damaged wood door frame, walls, my stereo console and the bed which I just purchased a few months prior for $600. Upon damaging the bed the worker in charge said no worries just take pictures, send it and I get the money. I opened as case with claims department where they said they come back to me in 60 days. After 2 months and continues calls to them, they came back with an offer of $50 which I rejected. Two weeks after they came back with $100 offer which I ignored. I decided at this time to put a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau. Do not hire this company. The workers they hire are reckless and dont care as well as the company dont seem to care for their reputation.

The mover's only use three moving pads to move our furniture, which the used for glass items. I rented 24 pads, so 21 were not used, several items were scratched and even had holes in the backs of furniture because the pads were not used. they used one pad to rap up the weights of a Grandfathers clock and when the movers picked up the pad two weights were broken. I don't know how to make a claim through the Moving Squad.

Great people to deal with. Timely and were able to move my furniture with little notice.

The guys were very polite and dressed very neat and clean.
I had separated the boxes because I have (had?) China, crystal and collectibles and put them together in a separate space asking the guys to handle those boxes with care. That didn’t happen. Hopefully most of the precious things will be in good shape.
I also have three curio cabinets with 5 glass shelves in each curio. The glass shelves were taken out of the cabinets and put on the bottom (not wrapped to protect them) of a huge box. Well I was there when they emptied that huge box. 5 of the shelves were broken (surprise!).
This was a one way move into a storage unit because I still hadn’t closed on my new condo. So all of the items will need to be moved to my new condo eventually. Not sure if I want to use this company to move me to my new condo.
They were not happy with the tip I gave them either.

All our boxes were just dumped. Boxes marked books put in garage and tools and Christmas ornaments put in house. Moved 2 pieces of furniture and one bookcase was nicked and chipped all over shelves and edges. Also Bose sound bar for my TV never made it off the truck but we inspected to make sure it was empty ..so I assume it was stolen!

This amazing moving company and phenomenal crew are so impressive! I have had them move me several times and always, always, excellent service! This is the only moving company I will use, from start to finish, they get the job done. Better than you can imagine and I want to point out that the crew is top notch, VERY professional and kind. I am a happy client and will spread the word on the excellent services received from the Moving Squad!!!!!!!!!

It was good! I don’t like people telling me when I have to give them a tip and how much. I can pretty much google how much I should tip you and really your tip with me is based on your service.

Excellent experience! Office staff very professional and they took a lot of time to be very helpful!! Moving crew very professional as well and took excellent care of my prized possessions! I would - Highly recommend “Anyhony’s Crew”! These men took great care and concern for all my belongings!!!!! I would definitely use this company & crew again!
