They kept us informed of progress and helped arrange all the checks needed. Elle & Tina especially were so helpful and friendly and responded really quickly to any queries.

Frank and the team were supportive and helpful throughout the whole process of selling.

Trisha & Kate have experience in this game and you can tell. Complete professionlism from the beginning to the end of the process, I couldn't fault them. I cannot recommend Absolute highly enough. Gary and his team at the Paignton office gave excellent service and attention to selling my property. Having had my house on the market with another estate agent for the first six months of the year with very few viewings, I switched to Absolute and my property got sold in the first week. Their marketing is amazing with beautiful photography done along with a 3D video tour. Viewings and offers were all done through an App which makes life a lot easier to keep track of activity and feedback from viewings was given immediately - no having to wait several days! All the team are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to give an all round fantastic service from start to finish. Not only were the sales team great, doing thorough research on the market to best advise how to price and market my property, but the sales progress team were also excellent in pushing my sale through and updating me every week on progress. 10/10 - would use Absolute again in a heart beat and recommend to any and all my friends/family in the Torbay area. Thank you for such a brilliant service.

Absolute we’re with us all the way from viewing the property with a view of putting the property on the market up to completion. Hannah the sales assistant in Brixham handled all the appointments and kept us updated before and after viewings. With a very competitive sales commission we could not fault any of the Absolute team in the way they handled the sale.

The Absolute team in Torquay have been incredible with the sale of my property. From valuation, to photos/marketing (which were amazing quality), to arranging listings, and communication - the whole service has been top standard. Kim has been particularly great with sales progression and sorting the chain out. From the perspective of a tenant , I can honestly say I find absolute sales and lettings to be rude and really quite disrespectful. I had a few calls from them in my time and today was a final straw. I had a call from a lady telling me they needed to send a gas man around. Today was Tuesday. I said I couldn't accommodate this week but could next week to be told the certificate runs out this week and should a problem arise it would be my fault. I was then told that the gas man could come in on his own if we were not available. You can imagine what was said. Not to mention that they happily just gave out my number to the gas man without my priot knowledge or consent. I have since written an email direct to the landlord saying I want nothing more to do with the company and would like to pay them direct.

I think I can form an honest opinion of their services as a letting agent. The staff that manage my property are extremely helpful and when problems arise they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The inspections are thorough and well documented, so you know exactly the condition of the property and any potential problems are pointed out. A big thank you to all the staff involved, from accounts to administration and of course the property managers who deal with so many Landlords and trying to keep them all happy is not a easy task. I now leave the rental sector for new ventures, but I have no hesitation in recommending Absolute to any Landlord that wants to rent out their property.
