I understand that Sage handle CIS completely differently to Xero, but I was disappointed to find total apathy from Movemybooks support in trying to find a workaround.
All they said was they had done the best they could. Pathetic answer is all I can say and idle.
Had I realised that they were incompetent in this regard, I would have done a better job by just starting afresh as it would have taken a lot less time than undoing all the rubbish that they moved accross and left unreconciled.
It has cost me several days in my and other staff time and the opening TB still does not agree.

I'm sorry that we weren't able to convert your data successfully. CIS is something that we're actively working on resolving at the moment but it may well be a couple of months before we're ready to release those updates. As you've pointed out, Sage and Xero handle CIS differently which is why it's taking us longer than we'd hope.

I have used Movemybooks serveral times to transfer 2 years of data from Sage to Xero. It transfers the data accurately & is free if you move to Xero.

I've reviewed your tickets raised with our Support. You mentioned that payroll and quotes data was missing. We try to se the correct expectations with our customer by mentioning in our limitations that these details won't be converted.
The duplications issue is not something you've previously made us aware of, although we did ask for examples and screenshots of any other issues you'd encountered.
