I was allocated a Kelly Few from SAS Daniels and she was absolutely brilliant. I found a flat I liked and Kelly was able to find information regarding an unsatisfied debt which would have made the sale a nightmare (long story) so we pulled out.

When we found an alternate property at auction we had all sorts of problems including an undisclosed bankruptcy, an uncommunicative and obtuse seller, the awful liars at IAMSOLD who just didn't care once they had the auction fee (despite missing the bankruptcy) and a whole host of other nonsense.

Kelly was superb, patient with every rant I went on (sorry), communicative and very fast to respond. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Very impressed with the service. They sourced a suitable conveyancer who were fantastic and they were always in contact with updates us on progress of our sale. The online dashboard made it easy to see the progress of the sale too. We have always used local solicitors in the past and never been happy, however we would definitely use MoveHomeFaster again as they just showed how easy moving home can be. I had no issues with the company move homes faster, however the company that I was placed with were awful and caused the experience to be very stressful, the research into the companies move homes faster work with maybe needs to be a bit more in depth

As a solicitor myself I know what good service is. Joy was amazing in the handling of my house sale. She kept me fully upto speed regularly but did not swamp me with unnecessary questions. She fielded requests from the buyers solicitors very well (some were ridiculous requests). There were no delays and I was never left with unanswered questions. I will be using her again.
