Searches took 7 weeks to come back, that was about the only think they did and delayed it even further as the searches were returned right before Christmas. When tried to ring on more than several occasions they do not return phone calls no matter how much you ask them to on voicemails and emails. House sale took 8 months to go through and not once did they speak to me they just wanted the money for searches

Reached out to this company for conveyancing as they were local to my home. Sent in the on-line inquiry form, sent an additional direct e-mail, called their landline and left a message. Nothing!
If a company is this unresponsive when they're trying to get your business, how responsive will they be going through the process. Stay well clear, there are plenty of others who want your business.

I reached out to this company via email, their website’s contact form, and even called them, leaving my number for a callback—yet I never received a response. I completely understand if they don’t handle this type of work, but it takes just a few seconds to reply and provide clarity. Ignoring potential customers entirely is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on their service.

Communication was good and sale all went through with no issues.

Everyone at Brearley Law was most friendly and helpful - Donna did a great job, dealing with everything promptly and efficiently, and on the rare occasions when she wasn't available, one of the others (usually Diana) was equally competent. We were in no hurry, but nonetheless it was only just over four months from first instruction to completion, and the only factor which prevented completion in under three months (our transaction was all ready to go after a shade over two months) was the buyers' buyers' solicitors, whom by the end everyone was chasing! (PS great price, too!)

The online platform was useful guide to the process. But because of delays on the buyer's side; the platform got out of kilter and was misleading. However, once the buyer engaged, the solicitor was, accessible, efficient and effective.

This was my first experience of an ‘on-line’ solicitor. What I liked was the fixed fee, no hidden costs, even after the first property fell through. I was a cash buyer of a vacant property and unfortunately it ended up taking approximately 7 months which was longer than expected. I can’t fault the solicitor as the issues holding up completion were fragmented across all concerned parties. Overall it was an experience which I thought would be much smoother but it would be difficult to say my on line solicitor did anything wrong throughout the process and it was a fraction of the cost of other quotes.

I had a good experience selling a property with MoveHomesFaster. The fees were extremely competitive and the solicitors allocated (Donna and Diane ) were extremely efficient and professional. I never had any problems in contacting for progress updates or advice. I shall use them again for another house sale.

Unfortunately my selling experience was made particularly difficult by solicitors acting on behalf of the buyer. This meant continuous chasing and pushing for answers which my solicitor carried out without complaint even though it was testing at times.
