I have ordered parts from Motowheels for my Ducati motorcycles in the past, and shipped to a US destination. I am a Canadian resident and now must ship at exorbitant rates to the address registered with my credit card. Consider my business lost to this new policy.

Great customer service and prices
Great customer service, communication and prices! I asked for a discount on top of the VIP discount on my last two purchases and they took some off of the VIP price.

I ordered a part for my ducati when I received the product and noticed the color of the product was different from what was posted on the site so reached out to customer service and was informed that nothing could be done about the color and if I wanted to return the items received the response below. FYI part in its original packaging.
If you want to return, the item cannot to used installed and it needs to be in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for shipping it back and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
