Safe and Sound!
The item I ordered had typically long lead times, so that was expected. They answered the emails I sent, to stay informed of the progress. The item eventually arrived safe and sound!

In stock items availability...
The website showed the specific Öhlins shock I wanted as 'In Stock'. I confirmed this with a follow-up phone call. I ordered online immediately, as it was in showing in stock, and my order was confirmed via email. NINE days later, I received an email stating that the shock was not in stock and that it would take 2-3 weeks to get in.
Almost a month after my order, the UPS package is now on its way. UPS Ground - they could have upgraded it to 2nd Day Air as a curtesy. Oh well.
I have to say that Susan from customer service was very polite, understanding and professional. She did what she could to get this out as soon as possible.

Oberon slave cylinder for Ducati ST3
Ordered an Oberon slave cylinder for a Ducati ST3. Part description was great, which also included color options. The part shipped fast, and the cylinder fit my bike without any issues. I'll definitely be ordering from Motowheels.com again.
