Smooth transaction, excellent service.

I enquired about pre ordering a Spark model not listed on the website. Simon replied to my email very quickly to say that he would be able to supply the model & emailed a link to the relevant page when it was live on the website. Once released, the model was sent promptly via Royal Mail tracked 24 service, and was carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

Models are priced well, delivery is extremely quick, and the packaging is always spot-on.
