I am really sorry to have to write this, however the dealings I have had with this company have been appalling. I have had 2 models on order for a long time. They informed me that they got delivered next to nothing so I couldn’t have them. The time before when I ordered the Max Verstappen world championship car they forgot all about my order and I had to contact them to ask where it was, only to be told they had sold them all. I asked for a refund in February and they informed me that the money had been repaid to the account with “which I had paid for it” it is April and I still have not had any money paid into my account. I have now sent an email asking them where they sent it. This just goes on and on ……
With regards the reply, it wasn’t the date of release that was the problem, it was taking my order and my money, then contacting me to tell me they sold the models and there wasn’t enough for me, that is what I am upset about

Your refund was requested on 2nd March, and I’ll personally follow this up now to check exactly where things stand and make sure you receive a clear update as soon as possible.
Regarding the S8915, Spark releases stock without confirmed timelines, which can unfortunately lead to situations like this. We do always receive the models, but we appreciate that waiting without a firm date isn’t ideal.
In terms of the pre-order process, we do take payment upfront to reserve stock and secure allocation from our supplier. However, in this case, although we ordered enough units based on demand, the supplier unfortunately delivered fewer than expected. Because of this, we have to allocate stock on a first come, first served basis, which sadly meant we couldn’t fulfil all orders.
I completely appreciate that this is frustrating, especially after placing your order and paying in advance, and I’m sorry for the disappointment caused. While we always do our best to secure sufficient stock, this situation was unfortunately outside of our control.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding. It really does mean a lot to us as a small team.

Haven't recieved anything I ordered
Ordred 2 mini f1 helmets from their website on October 3rd, 2025 and since then not a word of update on how long it will take for the products to arrive or that there are delays or complications. Tried to request refund on the website, they sent me a code through email and it expired immediately so I couldn't even request a refund through that. I tried to be patient because I know that the helmet I ordered is not stock products but it's been almost half a year, it's getting really frustrating.

Many of the Spark mini helmets are pre-orders and their release dates depend entirely on the manufacturer, and sometimes we don’t receive an exact ETA until they’re ready to ship to us. Failure after failure
Having failed to fulfil an order after a 2 month delay CMS have subsequently not reimbursed me for the payment that was made 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Terrible service on every level and as far as I can tell a con.

The reason I started my model car collection
I initially was hesitant to start collecting model cars, particularly F1 models. After much research, I finally knew what I wanted my first models to be and a quick google led me to CMS. The products I purchased arrived as expected, and well packed. I have a lot of positive experiences with their AMS site for model aircraft, so I didn't think twice about browsing the F1 catalogue on CMS.
I can't speak much on variety, or how up-to-date the models are, as I'm new to collecting car models. However, what I do know is, once I do find a model I'm after, CMS is the first place I'll check.
I have not had any experience with the customer service with CMS, but if it's anything like AMS, I know any problem I may have will be put right.
