Really impressed with Motors in Motion. We recently purchased two diesel injectors from them and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

The parts were exactly what we needed, arrived promptly and were well packaged. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to get a vehicle back on the road.

Just to say i wished i had seen the reviews before i lost 8 days with this company. with my yeti stuck on my local garage and the front end removed and engine out the vehicle was going no where. went on the net and a guy called me offering a engine for £1700 and he talked a good talk and had me hook line and sinker.He said his name was Adam but iam not sure that was his name I telephoned him eleven times and he never phoned me back with a up of any update about where we were with the engine. In the end he blamed me for wanting to hear to engine running which he agreed to as £1700is a lot of money yo me as to anyone. I asked him who the manager was to which he replied that he was. I told him i would be putting it on social sites and he just didn't seem to care at all. what does that say about this company. i used to have my own company and i would never treat people like this company does. There is a saying BUYER BEWARE which certainly applies to this company. Every company can have a bad day, this company obviously have 365 days in the year.

I purchased a 2021 Ford Transit Custom from them after seeing it advertised online as being in “superb condition” and “wanting for nothing.” Unfortunately, shortly after purchase I discovered a serious fault with the hybrid system which was not disclosed.

When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to help and stated the vehicle was “sold as seen.” They also claimed that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to their vehicle sales, which is incorrect and very concerning for a business dealing with the public.

I was also told I would receive service history and documentation, which has not been provided.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle was not as described, and the after-sales support has been poor. I am now having to pursue the matter further to resolve it.

I’ve emailed…. Called…. And messaged Josh the owner via his Facebook page and himself and the business are just ignoring me.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this business to be very cautious

I ordered night before the next morning and delivery was that day, awesome service, thanks guys.

One, only because you cannot give 0 stars.
They supplied and gearbox which was faulty.
Wouldn’t refund, and have won against them in court but still not paying with a CCJ against them.

PLEASE think LONG and HARD before giving these people your hard earned money

I requested a particular part for a particular year and model of a Skoda Octavia, namely the nearside swingarm / wishbone. This part is a moulded part not the normal pressed steel type.
They identified the correct swingarm, price was great, arrived in 2 days, well wrapped in bubble wrap.
All round an easy transaction, no hassle, correct part and arrived within 2days from Lancashire to dorset.
Brilliant service.

I had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. I ordered an engine for my 2020 Audi A6, and it arrived on time—actually earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the garage I was using kept delaying the fitting week after week, which started to affect my warranty. I called Motors In Motion for help, and they offered to collect my car and fit the engine at an additional cost, even extending my warranty to cover the delays caused by the other garage. I can only say wow—nothing was ever too much for them, and they were always there to help every step of the way. Top service all round! I will definitely use them in the future for any further work I need.
