We recently got our new car from Motor Range Aintree and honestly couldn’t fault the whole experience, especially Georg.

From the moment we arrived, Georg was friendly, welcoming and really easy to deal with. He was never pushy or made us feel pressured into making a decision, which made such a difference. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely happy and comfortable with everything before going ahead.

The whole process was made so straightforward and stress-free, and Georg kept us updated throughout. You could tell he genuinely cared about us getting the right car rather than just making a sale.

We absolutely love our new car and are so happy with the service we received. A massive thank you to Georg Ilisson and everyone at Motor Range Aintree for making the whole experience such a positive one. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited 1 day just nosing and told the salesman Dan B I was nosing he left us alone which I liked and went to him for keys for a few cars again he let us look sit and decide had a prior hospital appointment so had to leave decided over the next 2 days which car we wanted passed the finance and arranged test drive I specifically asked to deal with Dan over the phone he was shocked to see us so obviously hadn’t been told even to the point wen he searched for key it wasn’t there another salesperson had the key and knew me by name it was only through dans letting us nose without pressure did I want to buy the car and we did thanks Dan

This is the third car we have bought from Motor Range, and quite honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and that’s saying something as we live in Worcestershire.
NOTHING is too much trouble for this fantastic team.
The prices are very reasonable, and the whole process is just so easy.

I couldn’t recommend Motor Range highly enough . The service from all of the staff take buying a new vehicle to another level. Nothing was too much trouble at ANY point of my purchase.

The site was fantastic, the range of vehicles was too. I got the car I wanted with it serviced and a full years mot with zero minors, exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was hassle free, smooth and friendly. Starting from the lady who picked the phone to my initial inquiry of the availability of the car after finding this car online, asked her questions about the car and was more than happy to answer them. Booked in a viewing.

Was greeted by Matt who was lovely, he wasn’t the traditional salesman who tries to throw as much information as he could down my throat. He was very informative on the queries I had on the car. He threw me the keys and told me to have a drive. He advised me to go wherever I wanted and allowed me the freedom to test drive the car without his presence. Very important for a customer to drive and feel the car without the abnormal circumstance of a sales person either trying to sell X, Y and Z, distracting you from something that you really need to hear (ie abnormal engine noise) and just the simple awkward small talk.

Perhaps he understood that I had done my homework prior and that I
am into cars, or quite simply it’s his natural sales style. He had a non pushy/relaxed vibe about him. I had provided my feedback on the car after my test drive. He was eager to make things right. He is a man of his word and kept his promised. Even kept me updated on where the car was in the workshop. He let me know once the agreed work had been carried out and I went to collect the car the following weekend. Matt had kept his promise. Handed over keys and it’s safe to say that I had a fun drive home.
