Jamie, was brilliant, not a pushy sales person. Knew his stuff about all the cars we asked about. He also ensured the car we did pick was perfect. Can't thank Jamie enough and will definitely go back to him. Thanks so much Jamie ( aintree) we will be back when we need to upgrade our other car

Don’t get me wrong i love my new car. I’ve had it 6 weeks. Unfortunately it developed a fault after 2 weeks and after being in and out of the motor range garage its still not fixed. They replaced the battery and updated software but now say it’s the 12v lithium battery. It’s been over a week since they ordered it and it still hasn't arrived at their workshop according to their service dept, who i contact every day, even though nissan tell me these are readily available.
I have my car back at the moment but am worried about driving it with the fault unfixed but i need my car.
I don’t know who to believe. why is it taking so long. I feel that they have my money now and I’m not important.
I will seek advice and try and get a full refund if its not fixed soon.

My wife and in-laws went in there a few weeks before we finally found the car we liked and a good impression was made on look at them again, we eventually saw the car online that we would like and reserved it, test drove it the next day. The car had a few minor things that needed doing. Izzy was great from the start and even when going on holiday had left the jobs that needed doing and those jobs were done without any issues and the car was prepped and ready for when we arrived to take it away. Very friendly service from sales from start to finish, would definitely use them again

Jason was extremely helpful and efficient. We identified potential cars and were helped to choose one which was then cleaned and presented to a high standard. All our questions were answered and the whole experience was smooth and friendly.

Excellent service and very good price received for our car. Couldn’t fault the whole process. Highly receom ed if you’re thinking of selling your car. Will definitely use again. Less hassle than the online process and quite frankly the price is better too.

I decided I wanted to part exchange my Chevrolet matiz as it was a very old car and I wanted an upgrade and. a bigger car so decided to pay a visit to motor range and was greeted by your lovely lady salesperson Izzy Seddon she was fantastic really helped me in deciding which car I wanted from the start she was extremely helpful always with a smile on her face she made my experience smooth and straightforward from the 1st phonecall to the day of purchase she was fantastic throughout this process always kept me updated about the Nissan juke from it's mot to full valet all other works etc so I purchased a 68 plate nissan juke it's a cracking car I'm delighted to have a bigger newer car woupd highly recommend motor range to anyone wanting to part exchange there current vehicle or purchasing a vehicle from them.
