Straight forward no hassle and no issues at all.. I had appt rescheduled although this wasn’t an issue at all for me. Dealt with Justin initially and the fact he called me twice to update me(goes a long long way in this day). Then dealt with Justin on collection who was pleasant,
Well mannered and chatty from start to finish throughout my visit. Car was immaculate and exactly as described (bought it blind). This is my second car from Motorpoint Glasgow and tbh I wouldn’t go anywhere else now…many many thanks 🙏 guys and keep up the good work

This was the first time ever dealing…
This was the first time ever dealing with Motorpoint. The over the phone service was great with Ian. He was so helpful and explained everything. So I thought it would continue when I got to the branch to collect my new car but alas no there was no personal interaction it was just pay this pay that here’s your key where’s your keys for your trade in. Was disappointed.

Some great communication and with ease…
Some great communication and with ease was able to change my mind from one car to another. Handover was good once we agreed my trade in had a full service history.
Seth was a fairly new sales person who did extremely well. I would give him a 10/10.
