Great staff! Knowledgeable and helpful and NEVER pushy like some of the other dealerships I visited! Great range of cars at great prices! I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted but the team found me a car I love, well within budget! Would have no hesitation in recommending Motorpoint Edinburgh!

Was 5 star but assured car had been serviced and over 2 weeks later despite chasing several times - being absolutely ignored! No idea if car serviced or not and staff in Edinburgh not interested in helping. Shame as they were excellent up until this point. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing, very shoddy. Several messages ignored

Only negative thing about Motorpoint- three times I’ve bought from you- and three times I’ve had to purchase fuel on the way home!!! No need to be THIS MEAN . 1st class service at showroom
Communication could have been better leading up to is viewing the car, it required some work done so 2 viewing cancelled but no information between cancellations.
On day of test drive Lewis looked after us really well and everything went like clockwork.

My experience with finding the right car was easy, Connor was really helpful and explained how I could get finance on a car as well as explaining the different finance options available to me. I went from finding a car I liked to having everything done and driving off the lot within a week. 10/10
