From start to finish the customer service was outstanding From the initial buying to the delivery. From the first contact with Brady O'Donnell who sourced a great car at an amazing price and sorted my part exchange and was knowledgeable and helpful. I was then passed over to Fiona Bennison in the delivery team. Fiona went way above and beyond for me, I was constantly calling her with (unnecessary) questions and she answered every one and was always happy and helpful, I couldn't have asked for more. I am so happy I found Motorfinity, I would highly recommend them, they are a pleasure to do business with and to Brady and Fiona, thank you, you're the best!

Firstly, fantastic price on my new car!
The whole process has been very simple and straightforward.
Initially Olivia dealt with the order and Katie with the finance and delivery though Kitt and Lucy were also great when I spoke to them. Impossible to fault any of them!

From first contact with Olivia, then Kitt and particularly Fiona to arrange payment/part exchange/delivery this is car buying made easy. Fantastic service from start to finish.

The team at Motorfinity were extremely helpful at every stage in the process of arranging my new car. Every opportunity, they provided updates of where my car was in the production line, expected next steps and were transparent with the information they had. Have had a really positive experience in ordering a new Audi with Motorfinity & received a really competitive price. Brady (O'DONNEL) dealt efficiently with my initial order and then Fiona (BENNISON) dealt with the delivery process. I decided to collect it from an Audi dealership in Reading & collection process was very efficient & vehicle was exactly as ordered including additional specifications that I had requested.
