Not a good experience lies lies more lies

I ordered an Omoda Noble car on the 5th November 2025 with an expected delivery day of 31st December 2025. I didn't expect it on this day as its new years and most things close down. I contacted my personal delivery coordinator Claire Scott 3rd week in January for an update as she never contacted me regarding delivery. I was told there was a delay and delivery was expected mid February I thought ok not a real problem for me and was willing to wait. Mid February came and went and I had to contact Claire again re information this time i was told the car was on a ship but it couldn't be unloaded into the doc. New delivery end March 2026. I was willing to wait as I was going to be out the country however my plans changed due to the War In Iran.
I contacted Claire again mid March for information and was told delivery would prob be the following week on the Friday . Friday came and went NO CAR so I cancelled the order . What a disaster.
The salesman Stephen was great all details taken deposit paid no issues but thecrest of the journey was rubbish. A coordinator who never once contacted me regarding the car not turning up I had to do all the contacting to her for information. I supplied bank details I received my refund 2 weeks later .....
I purchased a car the following day with a 4 day pick up .
Im surprised at the 4.9 stars looks like im the only customer unsatisfied.....I find that very suspicious.

Very professional

Exceptional Service from Lewis Chapman

The service I received from Lewis Chapman was exceptional. After my initial disappointment of hearing my vehicle spec and colour was not available, Lewis proceeded to find me the same vehicle the next day, in an alternative colour. Having replied to his message he went to secure the vehicle only to find someone else had just reserved it. Lewis then proceeded to find a list of alternative specs and availability, only to find my initial choice had become available again and it was the only one on the system, albeit it was not even in the country. This time we were successful in landing my choice, super chuffed to say the least. This is the second time Lewis has been brilliant at his job and on each occasion providing an exceptional service. We agreed everything is for a reason and I can not wait to take collection of my new electric Skoda Elroq in the near future. Lewis is an absolute credit to your organisation and many thanks again for persistence Lewis, top man.

disappointed with the service

After waiting 6 months for my vehicle, just when it was finally ready, I was informed that I am not eligible for the originally proposed PCP deal. Instead, I was told that if I still want the car, I must switch to a Hire Purchase (HP) option.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

What makes it worse is that at the time of booking, the Motor Source Group clearly confirmed that I was eligible for PCP. Now, after such a long wait, changing the terms feels completely unfair and misleading.

Very disappointed with the service from Motor Source Group. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer expectations.

Would not recommend.

At the time of your cancellation a year ago, we explored the finance options with you. Without going into details of your order here, due to changes in circumstances from your initial finance proposal to the time of arranging delivery, it was no longer possible to offer you the PCP option, which was explained at the time and we also provided contact with the finance lender so that you could discuss your personal circumstances directly.

We took time to work with you through the options and when it was agreed that the alternatives were not viable for you, you requested that we cancel your order, which we did and refunded your deposit.

We will always work with our customers to offer the best options for their individual circumstances and help you to make informed decisions.

Helpful friendly staff Motor Source your new car

If you need a vehicle and are entitled to use this service, then this is the way to buy. Straightforward process ably guided through by knowledgeable sales adviser Stephen. Then delivery controller Amy looked after all required forms, and kept me updated very smoothly and efficiently until my car was available from local dealership. Would use Motor Source Group again with out hesitation.
