Worst motorcycle shop company i've dealt with
Ordered a helmet and goggles from them. They shipped the helmet and no goggles because they were damaged. Problem is, took them 2 weeks to tell me they cant ship the goggles and sont ask me if i want a full refund or not and the helmet has been ordered 24 days ago and still not received it yet! Absolute worst company i've dealt with to order motorcycle stuff. Buy from urban rider or chromeburner or fortnine or gpbikes. Anywhere but motorcycle soul!

it is impossible for the bag to show signs of use because the Peak Design products all arrive new from the Italian distributor's warehouse.
Before leaving a negative review you could contact our customer service who would have been happy to help you and if there actually had been a problem with the product we would have replaced it.
You can always write to our customer service to solve your problem and modify this review.
As regards times, on our site it is indicated both on the product page, in the cart and in the order confirmation that shipping times in Germany range from 4 to 12 working days, exactly the time it took us for delivery.
We hope you can re-evaluate the review that we do not find correct.

I had a great experience with Motorcycle Soul. I reached out to them to purchase a limited edition helmet that I wanted shipped to the United States. It was no problem for Motorcycle Soul. The order was placed, shipped, and received as promised, and I am very happy. I was kept informed during every step of the process. I can recommend Motorcycle Soul highly.

Good Online shop for buying Motorcycle gear.
Ordered a Schuberth helmet online for a good price, also got some extra discount because of a summer sale coupon.
When asking for some extra information about the delivery after ordering, i got a very swift and friendly response.
Good shop with good service. Package arrived safely in the Netherlands from Italy.

Terrible company They held onto my funds
MotorcycleSoul is a Terrible company. They held onto my funds, $200 for 6 weeks. No emails, no messages, NOTHING until I saw that my shoes were 4 weeks late and they were not coming to me. So I contacted my bank and Canceled the charge from DEFRAUDING ME my Funds...Like magic as if the gates of Heaven opened up, they send me an email." we will ship your item in 2 weeks". 3 weeks later those SPINLESS Maminos in Italy of Motorcycle Soul sent me an email CANCELED MY ORDER. What a DISGRACEFUL, and INIQUITOUS bunch of Buffoons !!!

Great shop with great price.
I only have 1 month left in Switzerland and Motorcycle Soul shop didn't fail me. The package is delivered within the shipment range that they mention on the website.
Quick tip for everyone that contact the shop to check if stock is available (eventhough it says "in stock" on website) before purchase the item.

Really bad customer service, really bad return policy
I bought some gloves based on the style and the color. When I received them the color totally didn't match the image on their website. I wrote them after I received them and they answered asking for more information, after giving them the information they stopped replying. I emailed them twice after their reply and nothing.
Really bad customer service, really bad return policy.
I definitely don't reccomend this store.
