I've bought a few items from Moto Central including gloves and jeans, and they always offer great value for money and excellent customer service!

Best bike shop ever! Went in shop to buy helmet, they measured my head for free explaining what I needed from the fit and why and let me try on helmets till we both were happy with the fit. Gave me a heads up on upcoming discounts for helmet and intercom before I’d spent a penny.
I bought all the gear in the end from them and did a road trip and was not disappointed.
A month later I had a warrantee claim on the jeans, through no fault of theres the sell, we spoke and they organised collection, repair and delivery of item in a short turnaround and gave email and phone calls with updates throughout the buying and repairing process. Being honest the repair is better than the original stitching. What a fantastic team and they’re a credit to the owner of the shop, they clearly enjoy what they do but there’s just not enough hours in the day for them to get it all done for everyone but be patient as it’s worth it when they are free.
Hands down best experience I’ve had going into a new hobby and feeling like they actually cared about what they sold to keep me safe.

Great customer service. Quick replies and any issues are sorted out quickly. Good prices and quick delivery unless on back order but usually it indicates any delivery delays on ordering.

Bought a rear bearing kit for my XVS950.
Kit was perfect, fitted as it should with no adjustments, and included the collar spacer.
3 post days to arrive....very happy, great quality and a fraction of Yamahas price.

I bought a Nexx helmet from Moto Central back in November 2024. During July 2025 I had a warranty issue with the helmet.
Zoe and Martin at Moto Central were extremely helpful getting the issue resolved with the manufacturer. A replacement helmet was back with me within 2 weeks. They kept me updated via email throughout the process.
