We stopped off here, originally for a toilet break & food.

However, I noticed a beautiful handbag/ luggage bag store & said to my partner we will have to take a look.

Long story short, I purchased a much needed quality wallet from Evelyn.

She was such a great person & has a lovely energy.

She was knowledgeable about the products & had passion for what she does.

I would strongly recommend anyone to take a look in this store & interact with Evelyn, as it will be a great experience.

We found out they have a shop online too, for which I will browse the range & purchase again.

I went to kfc and ordered, got one less hotwing and i even said i dont mean to be weird or anything over 1 hotwing but then he said he packed it himself and that i was trying to scam him out of 1 hotwing wing he was rude about it aswell

Pret staff at Chievely services were outstanding, we were there very early on Sunday morning after a long journey and served apple and cinnamon porridge with such kindness that I just have to leave a review

Went to tanners for the 4th time and met a lovely lady called Evelyn. They're bags are such good quality and look really cute too. With really good value for money for quality leather bags. Thank you

Van wouldn't start - So overstayed in the car park by 20 minutes. Eventually got it going & left.
The £100 PCN in the post.
Appealed it on the ground that I had broken down.
Rejected.
Now it's November and they are trying to take me to court and I am receiving threatening letters from the baillifs etc.

HGV broken down, we tried to pay for the overnight stay however your website did not work, both driver and office staff tried it. we then tried calling your number on your website 01293562852 and that also did not connect. we then contacted Snap company and they said they cant take payment and need to pay online which obviously did not work! attached files! This payment process is very challenging and unfair not user friendly whatsoever. We will be also reporting this to the BPA as you are refusing payment for parking and then issuing PCN. This is still going on a motorway should be a safe place for a HGV to pull in, however in future would consider staying on the hard shoulder instead. What a shamble the parking system is you only need to look at the reviews for the 3rd party company Moto use.

The girls in greggs was very friendly and helpful. I think their names were Jasmine, Jamie and Julie.. thank you for making our experience at moto a good one 😊

Do not waste your time stopping off at the Watford Gap service station if you have a wheelchair. You wont be able to eat at most the stores.

Inadequate Disability access

I stopped off at Toddington South services and although I was able to use the toilet, I was not able to eat from burger king and get a quick snack as their was not a ramp for my wheelchair. Would expect better in 2025!!

Luca/manager at KFC Reading services East bound was extremely helpful to us when our car broke down at the services. I was worried as I didn’t want to get a parking ticket due to the fact that we were going to go over the time limit. He said he would sort that and even helped us fix the car. He had a very positive energy. What a star! The chips we had at KFC were also great. Thanks for your kindness.

You'll regret the decision to pull into a Moto, so be advised, at all costs, keep driving and use another chain to avoid parking charges.

Your wallet will thank you.

Stopped at Moto Blyth which was extremely busy due to play off final and bank holiday weekend.
Ate a sandwich at the car and a small bit of sandwich and paper fell on the floor but I did not notice this.
Closed door ready to drive away and someone knocked on window.
I was told I had dropped litter and was issued with £100 fine.
No option to pick up the rubbish.
Did not see any signs advising and food etc dropped (even by mistake) would incur an immediate fine.
They were going around almost every car and fining people for the tiniest bit of rubbish
Will never use Moto again

Great place with different units like Burger King, Costa, WHSmith, Greggs. Amazing food and coffee.
Clean toilets, huge dining area.

In our experience the parking enforcement company that Moto have a contract with ignored their own appeals process and their demand for charges increased.
We never got a response to our appeal and ended up having to pay £170 for a £30 charge in order to avoid legal action. Don’t park at this service station as you risk a very hefty fine!!

Moto Wetherby. Towing a trailer I was greeted with signage for CARS, FUEL and HGV with a clear 'no caravan or trailers' notice under it. So where do I go? After cruising round the rammed park, I spotted the trailer park which I could've gone to directly via the FUEL lane, who knew? Pulled into a trailer bay and was immediately told by staff to move to the HGV park (despite their own signage prohibiting this).
On route back and another stop. I was directed to a large unmarked bay by the attendant, after which a coach pulled in next to me, despite the nearby COACH marked bays being completely empty. The attendant then told ME to move my rig to "let the coach out". If the coach got in, it can reverse out surely?
Confusing and frustrating signage and poor parking management.

You can only get junk food and snacks. No proper meals available. The surroundings may be good but thats all.
