Great experience

Great experience, totally recomend. Got 5 broken plates on first delivery, customer care was quick and easy - got the new replacement plates the next week after ordering.

Fantastic customer experience

This has been the best customer experience. The website is easy to browse, and the hard part comes in choosing. Order is smoothly processed, delivery information clear, packaging very secure. I could clearly see a dent in my package on arrival due to poor delivery handling, which resulted in 3 broken parts of plates. I was even surprised the dent actually resulted in something broken in light of the fantastic protection in the box. I reached out to customer service and within the hour (I know, how fast!) a new order was placed for the same 3 plates, free of charge (thank you Elisa again!). It can't get better than this. I was already very happy with the brand that I knew before this order, and I will keep recommending it to friends and family!

I want our order

I want our order. DHL update shows it hasn't left your building yet. You wrote me, the order is on it's way. I can't reach you by phone. etc. Same thing for DHL.

It's an expensive birthday present which should be here urgent. I have to take it with me on a travel next week.

Please give an exact location or update..

I ordered 2 cups and the quality is…

I ordered 2 cups and the quality is much below what the photos on the website show.

Yes it's hand made. But does that mean there should be random blotches and dirty areas where the worker who made it grabbed it and left risidual paint?

Does it mean the colors should be grayer and blander in real life than on the pictures?

For premium hand made in the EU I would expect better finishing and quality control than this.

Changed it from 3 stars to 2 because the return process is basically "pay your own shipping back even if it's our fault".

promised voucher never arrived

I signed up for the newsletter because I was promised to receive a 10 CHF voucher. I never received anything but I do receive constant newsletters which somehow cannot be unsubscribed. That’s not ok. I love the brand and I already bought some nice things at the store however they should not lie about vouchers.

edit: I talked with some friends about it and they all experienced the same issue! Their promised voucher never received.
