Huge thank you to Steven and the team for another quality job. New combi boiler and full bathroom refit all completed to a very high standard and delighted with the results. Both jobs completed in exactly the timescales quoted with Steven managing the whole process and providing all trades. All precautions taken to protect carpets etc and the team cleaned up every night and kept disruption to a minimum. I would highly recommend Moss Plumbing.

The replacement boiler installation was carried out on time as promised and to the high standard that Moss Plumbing and Heating achieves as a norm. The advice given was helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using the company in the future

I received a competitive quote from Steven to have a system boiler removed and replaced with a combi boiler,new pipework had to be added for the gas supply for the combi boiler which was installed upstairs in the airing cupboard.
The new larger bore pipework had to be run from the kitchen up to the boiler which involved a tricky layout, but steven and his team managed this with minimal problem.
All pipework leading to and from the boiler is neat and tidy,no mess was left whatsoever, steven and his team were polite and efficient.
Before fitting the boiler steven done gas checks and found x3 gas leaks,2xsmall ones indoors and 1 large one outside at smart meter which was fitted In August 2022,he repaired all leaks for me and gave me an engineers report for the smart meter leak to forward on to my energy supplier.
All rubbish,old boiler etc was removed efficiently.
Would I recommend steven to friends and family, definately yes.

Steven and his team have just completed a full renovation of my bathroom as well as installing a brand new en-suite into what was a walk-in cupboard with a window. They have done a superb job of both. This professional team of tradespeople turned up when they said, they were extremely neat and tidy and they looked after my home like it was their own. Their workmanship and attention to fine detail was second to none. My bathrooms were left in showroom condition. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Moss Plumbing converted my electric shower to one working off the boiler. By all accounts a bit tricky. Shower removed new shower installed and cabinet wetwalled. All rubbish removed electrics made safe. The plumber was polite and prompt. Work completed in a day and a half for a very reasonable cost. Would recommend to anyone who requires plumbing work done .

Great work by Steven and team. New Bathroom looks brilliant. Very helpful from start to finish. What a difference from what it was before to the finished product now. Will use again when more work needs done. Thanks again.
