Horrible return system
Following an order of 4 items, Morvelo decided to ship them in 2 different batches. They offered free return but I had to chase them for a label and explain to them why it should be a free return. I return all 4 items in the same package and until today the order has been partially refunded. I am still waiting after 4 weeks. Customer service is only reachable online and is polite but they are not easy to deal with, the worse digital buying experience I have had since 2001

Don't waste your hard earned money! Customer Service absolutely terrible
Ordered an XL pair of MTB Shorts, but received XXL. Customer service don't read the messages as I just get generic responses that don't answer my question. I have requested a replacement (in the correct size) but 3 times they've given a generic response saying once processed by returns department in 14 days they will process a refund. I don't want a refund I want an XL pair of shorts! This will be the last time I will be purchasing from Morvelo.

Morvelo sent a replacement but in XXL again! So the saga continues!

After 3 attempts still received the wrong size, so I had no choice but to take a refund

Great online support for customers
Had to organise a return for a pair of shorts I had ordered in the sale in two sizes. Taylor, who I was dealing with on the online website support chat, was very helpful and efficient. Return was sorted in a matter of minutes. Great work Morvelo!

Evasive and difficult customer care
Ordered and paid for a sweatshirt 11 May and still nothing received 9 June.
Contacting Morvelo is difficult (via messages to my Account) and no phone available.
They are evasive in their vague responses, will not speak to me or give me any idea when I will receive my sweatshirt.

First order - no problems - great quality
First time using this site but seen their gear for a while now. Great designs but started with a simple pair of socks to 'test' out their order process / delivery etc etc. No problems & socks great quality & fit. Next stop on of their FUSE jackets....especially as there's £50 off at the moment :)

There was a problem, but Morvello sorted it
Initially disappointed that a code sent through didn’t work & after responding once, asking for more details, which I have provided, Marvelo has gone quiet.
Deadline passed to use the code…
BUT MORVELLO SORTED THIS OUT and resolved the issue. So, took longer than planned, but sorted and I know there are bigger problems in the world right now...

Bad experience with Customer Care Team
Bad experience with the Customer Care Team. After contacting them in several occasions, it was impossible to proceed with the product return, since the information was confusing and they never answered to my direct questions (return authorization number (RA), return shipment number (RS), or return label issues); replying automatic answers, instead.

Morvelo are now simply one of the worst…
Morvelo are now simply one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with for a long time.
Customer service is non existent. It’s a shame as they used to be really good. Take over buy the Hut group has been a terrible mistake.
Simply decided to take them to the small claims court now to retrieve my money from them.
Avoid at all cost. Plenty of other cycle wear suppliers to shop from.
