good quality and quick delivery, made in time for Halloween

Purchased the 10ft inflatable pumpkin outdoor decor and surprised my Daughter with it. She was delighted! Everyone mentioned it when they came to trick or treat. Coming back for more next Halloween!

Absolutely rubbish company, order not delivered, no communication at all and no refund for non delivered item. Avoid like the plague. I too would give zero stars if it were an option.

Refund received fully so not as bad as I originally thought.

Costume not came in time I have sent 2 emails no respond now my little boy has no costume

Super fast delivery, for the price quality was great, get a size larger though they are a little small.

Mask was way TOO SMALL for me. What the heck! I'll never be able to wear this costume.

I ordered an outfit for a stag do for however I put in the wrong address. Unfortunately they did not receive my email in time before it was shipped and the order was delivered to the wrong address, albeit within the timeframe stated.

I email the company again to inform them of my predicament and got a reply swiftly. After a bit of further investigation, the company very kindly offered me a full refund which they said would take approximately a week. I received the payment today after only 5 days.

The communication from the company was very polite and they seemed genuinely empathetic towards the situation. They didn’t have to offer me a refund, however did so out of the kindness of their heart.

Although I didn’t receive the outfit in the end (as there wasn’t time to order another before the stag do) I would recommend this company. I know there are a few negative reviews on here, but my personal experience with Morphsuits has been overwhelmingly positive and would shop with them again.

In conclusion, the shipping was quick (maybe too quick for my predicament haha) and the customer service was brilliant.

Morphsuits systems corrupted my delivery address with the house name and street correct, but the town and post code in a completely different part of the country. Evri are now trying to deliver to an address that doesn't exist and I have tried to contact Morphsuits via email and on their website but they have just said it's the address on my profile and ignored the issue of sending to an incorrect address I didn't enter. I will now not get this in time for my little boys party (if at all) and have no response on refunding my money.

Placed on order for 8 wrestler costumes arrived within 48 hours, everyone loved them. Will defo look here again in The future if need a costume!!

Wish I can give it a 0 they never send me my order, I emailed them many multiple times and never received anything but an excuse about my order being lost at shipment and how they can send me my refund but never received anything!!! I even DM them on instagram multiple times and they blocked me after I show them the proof of my order and email about my refund. All I want is my refund back and they didn’t even receive my refund.So to everyone don’t ever buy an item here. They are a bunch of scammers!

UPDATE: I contacted them through another email. They responded straight away and my refund came through in a few days. PREVIOUS review. A total scam company!! I ordered an outfit which was no good and overpriced so I sent it back. I have emailed 3 times chasing my refund but after 3 attempts at contacting them I haven’t received a single response. I sent with proof of postage so I can see it was delivered back to them on the 5th February. It’s now the 25th of February and still no response or refund!

The customer service that I received with any issues I had were amazing. The quality of the material amazing and it fits perfectly and was perfect for what I needed it for. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Another cracking outfit from Morphsuits. My 6 yo had the inflatable alien abduction suit and won several fancy dress costumes over the Halloween period. Great head turning outfit, quickly delivered and well made! 10/10

I have ordered many costumes from morphsuits over the years for all different occasions and every costume has been amazing quality, delivered in perfect condiction and at a very reasonable price!!!

Very very bad service. I ordered a costume, it came and didn’t fit so I returned it. After a month of not receiving refund I sent an email, to which they replied asking for proof of return.. so I sent it.. 6 months later… and still no refund and it wasn’t cheap!!!!!
Would never recommend or buy from this site!!
