Awful customer service

Awful customer service; There's no email confirmation of your order and there's absolutely no way to contact them.

Their website mentions using feefo for reviews and rebound for returns. Neither of which are connected with the company any more.

I ordered on a Tuesday at 8am and my account was charged the same day. Plenty of time for it to arrive by the Friday for a stag do. Item arrived ~3pm on the following Monday.

Now I'm trying to return it but their returns system doesn't seem to recognise the order number. I'll just have to ship it back and cross my fingers!

Quite a lot of bad reviews for this…

Quite a lot of bad reviews for this company but to be honest, I ordered from them and was really happy with the quality of the product and the swift delivery. Website was nice and easy to use.

Luck of the draw perhaps? But I wouldn't hesitate to use again..

All of the reviews below regarding customer service are absolutely spot on, these guys are genuinely poor.

I ordered a suit on a Thursday for standard delivery to Canada (3-5 working days), credit card charged the same day. I contacted them the following Wednesday as I hadn't received a shipping notification. Was told there was an issue on their end with payment and that they could send me a 'replacement' suit that would take another 6-7 working days.

When I asked if they could express ship to make up for the time they lost they said that 6-7 working days s their only option for replacement products.

Really disappointed with the experience overall

Not registered with Royal Mail.

Ordered for Halloween, returned (27 Oct 17) due to sizing issues. Followed their online returns procedures and posted via Royal Mail.

Fourteen days later no refund. Checked the parcel via Royal Mail tracking system. It had been delivered on 30 Oct 17. Checked morph website, no record of them having received the item.

I could find no email address or contact number on their website in order to try and rectify this. So I called Royal Mail to seek advice and the possibility of opening up a case to find my item.

This is were I found things to get interesting.

Royal Mail informed me that the item was delivered to the correct address, but as Morphsuits, are NOT registered with them (Royal Mail) they could not open an investigation. They mentioned that the address has multipl businesses within that building. Their advice was to contact morphsuits and request that they register with Royal Mail and once this was done then a case could be opened.

Due to the difficulty in obtaining contact details I emailed the address that the confirmation of my order came from. The next day I received an email with an apology and stating that they got my suit last week but due to a high volume of orders it wasn’t processed.

I’m a suspicious person and the non registration to Royal Mail does not sit well with me. Are morph hoping people don’t use the tracking system Royal Mail offer then they (morph) can deny ever receiving your return.

BE CAREFUL!

Do Not Buy from this company!!

Do Not Buy from this company!!! Customer service is awful. I paid $20 on a Wednesday for 2 day shipping so that the costume would arrive by the following Monday. It never showed up and when I contacted them they could not care less. They were so rude- didn’t care that the costume was for a child that wouldn’t have a Halloween costume. Nasty bunch of jerks

Impossible to contact

Sent adults size instead of Kids like i ordered. There’s no contact number nor can i find an email address to speak to anyone. So I’ve got to buy another suit, hope they send the right size this time and hope it arrives in time for halloween or have a very disappointed son. And I’ll be out of pocket an extra £11 to pay postage on the new item and postage to send the old one back all because of their error! Not happy at all

Do not buy from this company unless you …

Do not buy from this company unless you are in UK. I ordered morphsuit for my 9 year old son thinking when website says Morphsuit-Canada it's in Canada but all the suits you order that cost more than $20 will com from UK. I had to pay $33.17 fees and taxes on a $55 invoice and now i have to pay shipping back to them because the suite is too small. At the end i have paid $135 on a $50 costume. Something to keep in mind before ordering on this website because when it says Morphsuit-CANADA one would think its a Canadian website and wouldn't know all the fees attaches to it.

Bought two morph suits of which one did …

Bought two morph suits of which one did not really keep their color. instead white became pink with water of one of the suits. After sending Morphsuits a picture of the situation they sent me a new one. Great service and fast!

I have honestly never been more …

I have honestly never been more disgusted In a company!

I ordered a morph suit willy wonka suit, when the item came it was nothing like the picture/description. When I questioned this they said half the item doesn't come with it.
When I said it is misrepresented they disagreed , even though they changed the picture on the website a few hours later !!

I asked for a refund of the postage and they refused on the grounds they believed it want misrepresented even though they changed the picture !

They also asked for the refund to be tracked which is £8! I didn't do it !

Got the refund 3 weeks later, I honestly don't know how this company is still running

Dog S**t

Website states next day delivery if ordered before a certain time for an extra cost!
Did it arrive when it should have?? No!

There's no way to contact these plebs other than email which they state is operated 24hours a day yet it takes them 24 hours to respond! It's one bulls**t excuse after another!

It's a s**t company promising things they can't stick too! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Bad service

First my package arrived battered, it was a gift so I couldn't have given it in the state it was in, looked like an eBay purchase. Then they said they wouldn't send me a replacement without me sending it back which meant I would miss the birthday. After I suggested I would review them on Twitter they back-tracked and said they would send one out in time. They didn't. Would never use again, total waste of my time.

Returns paid at own expense?

Recieved my item which i had ordered sizing of their sizing guide, im under 12 stone and i am 5 foot 11 which puts me well within the XL category yet the item was very awkward to try on and way too tight compared to previous morphsuits I have tried.

The fact you have to return the item at your own expense isnt impressive at all and I wont be using then again.

Poor chomp any and customer service

Ordered 3 items for a Halloween party. One they sent the wrong thing and one never arrived leaving me with no costume. No email or contact from the company advising they couldn't fulfil my order. Half hearted apology from the customer service team and a lousy 10% off voucher that you get anyway. Wouldn't deal with again.

AWFUL

I ordered from this company a few days ago now with express delivery which stated a 24hr postal service. I received an email stating the order had been processed, I checked it over and all of my details were correct. A further email arrived the following day to let me know the parcel was with DPD for delivery who then emailed to say there's been a problem and it won't be delivered for a further 24hours, whether or not this was something to do with Morphsuits or not I don't know.

I then had a notification on the delivery date saying my parcel had been refused, upon calling DPD (Who were actually very helpful) they said they had been given the wrong address completely and I should contact Morphsuits to have them authorise the correct address to DPD who actually said they would re-route the driver and deliver that day!

Looking around there is no contact number anywhere on the website, no customer service department at all it seems except a helpdesk/FAQ type thing which eventually lets you send a message, I've not heard back from this message and to follow on I can't have it redelivered to MY address or even drive 26miles to collect it without authorisation from Morphsuits.

I called DPD again today to see if they had been updated with the address but to no avail. I resorted to asking DPD if Morphsuits had provided a contact number (which they hadn't) it turns out in fact they had only provided the street and wrong postcode, wouldn't be an issue for finding most address however this is a commercial property with 7 lines of address!! All of which provided to Morphsuits.

Basically if this company had a customer service department, issues like this could've been solved with only a minor inconvenience, hoping that this was an isolated case but looking around at reviews (And even their Facebook page) and it's complaint after complaint with similar problems.

Now it's going to be a battle over email when they do reply to claim my money back, I'll update this in a few days and adjust accordingly if things are sorted

Bad quality, no money back and no replies

I ordered a morphsuit costume and when I received it I noticed the quality was poor and it didnt fit properly. So I decided to return it. Did everything according to their policy.

Today, 2 months after returning, I still did not receive my money and even worse: they simply ignore me. I ordered it through morphsuits.nl but they do everything through the uk website. If you still want to order a Morphsuit; don't do it through their official sites but through another shop.
