Poor mounting method

There was no photos of how the product mounted to the wall. Product arrived with no mounting instructions. A paper template with mounting hole locations would have been a big help. Mounting holes were pre drilled but misaligned, preventing them from mounting level. While advertised as floating shelves, the shelves were way too heavy to be supported by the provided brackets. The provided L brackets had to be used to support the weight and therefore not floating. Shelves look great, but mounting was an absolute nightmare.
