No problem with the plan whilst I was…
No problem with the plan whilst I was using it.I have now moved overseas and they still take money from my account long after confirming my cancellation. This is of course illegal so be aware when you sign up.

Wow. Talk about fraudsters tricksters, hoodwinkers, scammers..
Wow.. Just received an sms saying I've reached my limit, but it seems somewhere in their "NOWHERE to be seen" contract does it say that once you cross your data limit it keeps charging, and that's $6 per gig.
Apparently I'm $150 over in fees.
Who even does this shady sheisse anymore?

excess data charge is very high
Value is ok for what you get, but they charge for Excess data in a crazy rate. Also, when you reach your limit, they only send you a text but don't block your access. They informed me that since it's a bill pay, once you reach the limit they won't cut the service, instead, they will keep giving you data which will be charged latter on.
Update: I have received a response from Moose, and they took the time to address my review. They provided more details about how and why I was charged. I would like to thank Moose for their attention. However, future customers should pay close attention to their data usage. If you don't, you might incur extra charges, which could be more expensive than sticking with the major carriers.

Optus network at a cheaper price
Been with them for over a year, great experience. Excellent reception, data rollover, cheap price. Sure no 5g, but who cares I'm not streaming 4k video on my phone.

Excess data scam charges
We have used for a few months for our kids. Regularly get stung with excess data charges because we need to manually monitor usage. This month their automated advices didn't come through, and so we have an $85 excess data charge. And customer service was useless. The company is a scam.

Great but can be better
I have been with Moose mobile for a few years it is great value as long as you limit or eliminate doing overseas phone calls as this can be very expensive. The data is generous for each of the plans. The major negative aspect I have is if you exceed your data allowance it will cost you. It would be great if they were like some of the other mobile phone service providers when you exceed your data it just stops.
Delayed notifications are not satisfactory when you reach 50% then 80% etc of your allocation. Make the service like a prepaid with a databank then if all exceed data just stops till you top up would bring it up another level.

No issues! Easy to sign up, no delays, great deal (data/$). Haven't needed to contact support (good thing) so can't comment on that. What more does a customer need?

The thought of having to change phone providers makes my brain tired. It was so strange to have an experience technology related that actually went simply and smoothly. I've had no problems at all with Moose and I've been with them now for well over twelve months.

I've been with Moose for many years and am not likely to change provider. I was first impressed by its simple and uncluttered website that clearly informs you what you're going to be buying and what you will get in return. I later received a promotion to pay more for more data, but the price will never be increased ever. Well, the price has remained stet with more than enough data each month, and I'm still paying much less than with other providers. To top this, its Customer Service is excellent, which is remarkable for a small telco. Thank you Moose Mobile.

No problems at all with Moose, they provide a reasonable plan all goes well unless Optus have a hiccup they suite my needs
