0 stars. The grasses do not have a camera and it clearly says in the advertising that the glass has a camera. For the price I paid it was a scam and it should be a shame of themselves. I don't understand why Facebook allows them to advertise on their site. I only bought it because I trust Facebook. I bought four of them

If I could give no stars I would. Their customer service is nonexistent. Do not expect proper product delivery. Do not expect anybody to return any emails. There is no phone number. They don’t care what they put out there. I paid for two sets of bracelets and only received one. I’ve heard nothing back after several attempts at reaching out to them for two months. I hope they get shut down. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOONYCOZY!!!

The advertising on social media makes it look like a great product BUT IN REALITY RUBISH.
When initially applied it shows great promise, but after a minute or so, the surface returns to the same dull state as before it was applied and in some areas it is worse. I suspect it is simply something like Glycerine and water!

Scam. Do not purchase anything from this website. Im still waiting on a product from 3 months ago.

No communication once I ordered the magnetic lights. Contacted support twice to see if my lights were shipped but got no response. I thought it was a scam but they ended up arriving about 3 weeks after I ordered them.

This company is a scam, I will go on internet and write as many review as I can many people will read the reviews. They are a big scam , never got my car polish and they don’t answer back. Thus Chinese company are crooks. Do not do business with them. No wonder Chinese have a bad reputation. DONT BUY DONT BUY DONT BUY

I never received any update or the product after paying. The tracking shows that it has reached the destination but the post says they don't have any such package. I want a refund!!!

I ordered something that was meant to be an xmas present for my friend on 7. december - it has still not arrived, and supposedly never will, now that I've read all the bad reviews (too late). Not amused. At all.

I have ordered smart AI glasses. After about 21 days have got email from Yodel about delivery of my purchase. My purchase was delivered via letterbox stated in the email . No parcel found, No response from Yodel or producer. Who is the scammer. I monitored all journey of the parcel up to the Sheffield distribution centre. Then yodel email about delivery which hasn’t happened

These guys are not trustworthy- they take your order, and your money. Then send a bogus shipping tracking number and dont respond to emails.
Complete scam!

Car protection product advert showed water running off like a wax coating. In reality the product had no aquaphobic effect and water stayed on the surface as if you had applied nothing. Total waste of money. Chinese scam.

I accidentally placed an order and immediately contacted the company to cancel. They instructed me to reply above the line with the order number to cancel, which I did three times on January 2nd, January 3rd, and January 4th. All cancellation requests were ignored.

Later on January 4th, I received an email stating Order Shipped
Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.

When the item arrived, I was shocked to find the paint spray was less than half the size shown, not as described, and the product image was clearly misleading. The company failed to respond to emails and did not honor repeated cancellation requests.

Beware: this company ignores customer emails, ships items despite cancellation requests, and uses deceptive product images.

I bought the Airplane Advent Calendar $39.99 for my airplane loving hubby. It was cheap plastic and all the planes were the same except the paint. I was so disappointed when he opened it. I wrote the company and got not response.
