Moonraker is a fantastic company
Moonraker is a fantastic company. Been using them since the 1980s. (Not so much for 30 years), but got back into radio and bought a full setup from Moonraker.
After-sales is great. Always happy to help with niggles and questions. Will surely use again. 5 stars

It took 7 days before Royal Mail…
It took 3 days before Royal Mail actually reported they had the items. This was a 48Hr service not 7 Days!

Sorry Ian just checked your order date Friday Apr 17, 2026, 3:53:40 PM - Unfortunately Royal Mail collect at 3pm from us and do not collect again until Monday but you should have had it by Wednesday to be honest - but RM48 is a slow service - hope your happy with your order :)

Replaced missing order
I ordered an antenna from Moonraker but a week passed and I had an email asking how the delivery went. I received nothing. I then phoned Moonraker to let them know and they were very professional and tried to sort it out.
Royal Mail might be the problem but I cannot say for sure.
Moonraker said they would send me another with a different courier.
Today, It came. They say postage 1-2 days. Mine took 12 days.
As i said previously, the problem might be with Royal Mail, even so, it reflects on Moonraker.

I live in Italy and in this period had a lot of difficulty finding this item. However, after deep research, I found this store and it was an excellent experience!
First, the price was absolutely fair (not exaggerated like other stores).
Second, the staff was incredibly fast at answering my questions. I was particularly concerned about taxes and duties for importing goods from a non-EU country to Italy, but everything was correctly calculated at checkout. No surprises! In addition to this, the online store allows PayPal payments without any extra commissions; simply great!
Third, the item was in stock and shipping was very fast via UPS courier.

I put an order in for a couple of Antennas and a couple of magmounts, one of the magmounts had a fault, I called Moonraker and explained the issue, a new magmount was sent out straight away, always very happy with the service from Moonraker.
