I have been a contract cleaner for over 45 years and have used many many vacuum cleaners in my time. Although
Moonpod is my home vacuum cleaner it is still by far the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used. On the lowest speed there is almost no suction, on the next speed up the suction is a bit better but the battery only lasts for 15 mins, then it takes 4hours to recharge. There are so many problems with this vac. I contacted Moonpod and they really didn’t give a stuff. Please please DO NOT buy this product.

Bought received a week ago charged it I only live in a one bedroom bungalow it’s now done home three times now 35% left it half hr for batery to cool then charge 100% instructions says it detects dust picks up speed it does. I can’t knock it does what it says.will it last will put verdict in a few months time.

Fake site topguidance.co. a review site with link for the moonpod - The reviews are totally biassed and one of them is not even for a cordless vaccuum.

Most of the good reviews on here are fake.

Customer service is non-existant so hoping to have more joy with the bank.

This vacuum is the worst one I have ever used and the customer service is terrible. I complained after a few weeks of using that there was no suction and the battery runs low very quickly. A piece then fell off the bottom so I asked for a refund. I keep getting the same response back from customer service asking me to fit the replacement bit myself and also ignoring the fact that I have asked for a refund and the contact details for a manager. This is a scam company! Do not buy this vacuum!Please look into this Company, there is nowhere to make a complaint!

This wireless vacuum cleaner has exceeded all my expectations! It's incredibly powerful and picks up even the tiniest dust particles. The battery life is good enough, allowing me to clean my entire house on a single charge.

Moonpod, what a pile of moondust, Suction quality is less than the suction force a baby produces while sucking on a dummy.
Best to go on which magazine or website and find best value for money.

In all my years of owning vacuums, none have impressed me as much as this one. It has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From its powerful suction to its quiet operation and convenient features, it's everything I could ask for in a vacuum.

I believe this is the only review rated not 1 or 5 strange??? Yes because the 5 star reviews are fake on this and the only real ones are the 1 star!! This is a scam company that have been very clever to make up a site best vacuum 2024 when u search Google and this moon pod is nothing but robbery a fake site fake reviews and utterly nonsense. Trust pilot please investigate this further on your site too :)

This vacuum cleaner is different from other vacuum cleaners. It has an auto-sensing feature which is simply awesome.

Absolute Scam. I purchased two of these vacuum cleaners and when I received it, it worked for 20 minutes and then tried to charge it - the charger doesn't work. Contacted customer service, Joy is definitely an AI Auto Reply Bot of some sort, they continually ask for videos and tell me to "Replace the charger, just take it okay?" It definitely isn't how a real customer service representative would respond to customers. I have repeatidly asked for a refund to no avail. Looks like I will have to go via my bank. DO NOT BUY!

It's exceptional, utilizing sturdy materials that promise durability and reliability. Unlike other vacuums that break down after a few months of use, this one gives me the confidence that it's built to last.

If i could give this company a negative scale score i would. The customer service is astostous. A simple cancellation and refund of the order is taking beyond what would be deemed necessary time frame. I recieve simple sentence replies. I am waiting the 14days to raise dispute with my bank as this is beyond a joke
