This is a very poorly constructed vacuum, the wiring is feeble. It stopped working after a few days and it looks as though a key wire is too short and has come out of its housing. Complete rubbish, would not buy another !

I love how versatile this vacuum cleaner is! From hardwood floors to carpets and even upholstery, it tackles every surface with ease. Definitely worth every penny.

Using this vacuum has greatly improved my home's air quality. It can effectively capture allergens and dust, made a world of difference to my daily comfort.

Moonpod Vacume Cleaner AVOID do not buy,very poor suction, poor quality customer service this service does not exists. Trying to get information on how to return the vacume, will not provide details, tried on numerous occasions requesting returns information. Please AVOID you will not get your £179 back

I was sucked in to purchasing the cordless hoover based on a review on line. When it came tried it and it certainly didnt live up to how it was described so I contacted Joy in customer services and asked for the return address and a full refund. Which is my statutory right buying on line within the 14 days of purchasing. I have been asked to produce a video and state what the problem is? All stalling tactics or trying to wear me down in my opinion. Looks like I'll be going through my credit card company to claim my cash back. My advice is read more than one review and always trustpilot before you buy anything on line.

I purchased the cleaner a week ago, and like other folks on here, my experience is exactly the same.
If you are thinking of buying this product,in 1 word DON’T.
It is an imitation of the Dyson cleaners, and stopped working after an hour, with the brush bar refusing to rotate. I have emailed Joy, many times, with her being very evasive. I have started a visa dispute, to claim back the £179.00. It may take some time to sort out, but my advice. Avoid this company at all costs.

This vacuum cleaner is amazing! It effortlessly picks up dirt and dust, leaving my floors spotless.

I have also received a moonpod hoover. Only worked for few days and then the brush stopped turning. I too have been e mailing Joy in Customer service. Joy is not a joy to deal with and is ignoring my request to return the item for a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS HOOVER. Marie

Not as described. The website makes it look legitimate and wonderful. Don’t be deceived, it is short in length, wobbly main head, it picks up some dirt and the release button is to close the the dust cavity, so keeps emptying itself when used !! The smaller stair/pet head is not included. It is just pathetic

I bought this item for an elderly relative as top in a review for stick vacuums. However it is far too heavy for her arthritic hand. On requesting return to Moonpod direct they inform me i have to return to China at my cost plus taxes, custims etc with no responsibilities if safe return. UK returns address on label not to be used!!!! Offered me 3% discount. SCAM CHINA COMPANY

I ordered the moonpod vacuum cleaner on the 28th April based on a review article on best vacuum cleaners to buy in 2024. It compared the performance with vacuum cleaners that were 400 pounds plus in price. I went to the website as well and it showed a Dyson like cleaner with amazing suction. The price was 179 pounds- too good to be true??? We tried it as soon as it arrived. The performance was awful. It took 20 minutes to clean a small part of carpet at maximum settings. Suction was terrible.
I have written to their moonpod service team explaining that product was not as advertised and I would like to return it. I got an email response from Joy in customer services asking for me to explain what is wrong with the product even though I had already done so a number of times. I am extremely frustrated as it seems obvious to me I will not be getting a refund easily.
BEWARE on ordering this product. It is not as advertised and there seems to be no returns options.
If anyone has had a similar experience and been successful in returning this useless product please let me know how.

UPDATE
After contacting my bank a week ago they must have contacted Moonpod directly as I got a refund. Moonpod have not contacted me to confirm this but I have my money back at last.

I purchased a vacuum cleaner from this company based on a 'best vacuum cleaner' review. It was £179 and leads you to believe they use top brand parts in the vacuum which looks very much like a Dyson but sells at a much cheaper price. It arrived quickly but straight away was disappointed at the cheap quality of the product. I tried it for 20 minutes and found that it did not live up to the best vacuum cleaner review.
I cleaned the vacuum thoroughly and repacked it ready for a return and have tried for a week to get a returns address to send it back and get a refund.
Sadly Joy from Moonpod.uk has stopped communicating with me now and I feel my only alternative is to lodge a dispute with my bank to recover my money.
Do not buy anything from this company because they will cease all communication with you if you request a refund.
