The packaging is really nice. However, the overall quality of the product didn’t quite meet my expectations. It’s not that great, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Moonbrew actually helps me get to sleep! I had tried everything - even prescription sleep aids - and nothing worked. Then I found Moonbrew. I did not have high hopes, but I was willing to try anything! First night - not much change. Second night, I fell asleep and stayed asleep! It’s really amazing! And it tastes pretty good too!

MoonBrew sleepyberry and the gummies help me fall asleep and get back to sleep when I'm woken up. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the website is a little clumsy.

The supplement doesn’t work for me. I have tried for about 60 days

I can honestly tell I’m getting better night sleep, without the morning grogginess! I hope to see more changes as I continue.

Great flavors, quick shipping, easy to travel with!

Never received my shipment but charged my card. I emailed as there is no phone listed but never got any response. Just cancelled subscription but still trying to get my money back since never got the product

The products this company have are great. They give you lots of wonderful perks. Sleeping better being the top one. I don't get up at 3 any more and don't feel groggy in the afternoon. It's a wonderful change. And the products taste fabulous no funky after taste.

Moonbrew chocolate mint was helping
me with another health problem I have had for many years. But to my disappointment the next bottles didn’t give me the same effects. I figured they changed the formula of the product. I pleaded with them back in December 15 2025 what ingredient changed which I’d gladly supplement to achieve the same effects. Over the course of many weeks, faced with ai bot responses, and then agents who kept saying they’re sorry for the delay, blah blah, they’ll send my request to upper management etc etc. more weeks go by and more “apologies” and “we’re working on its”. Several times they’ve asked the same questions about when I first bought the product and if I still have the container to send a pic of the label. (Who keeps empty packages?)(I told them when I bought it)(they don’t keep records of their formulas/dates/changes?)
And the entire conversation is in the same email thread they don’t bother to read and it’s always someone new “helping” me and ask the same questions.
It’s now February 13 2026,and after I sent the label to the current product they’ve stopped responding altogether. They seem to be done with me. I told them if they can’t or won’t help me then be honest about it. This has caused me a lot of stress waiting and hoping for answers to solve my chronic health problem.
I rate 2 stars because I think the product does help my sleep a little. Not amazing because I still wake up tired and I’m still puffy in the face. No weightloss. Nothing else. Not a fan of this business.

⚠️RESPONSE: I already have an active email thread. I don’t want to start a new one. If Moonbrew really wants to make it right then please respond to the thread. I’m sure they know which it is.

I wish I could comment on the product itself; however my package has been forgotten and lost so many times that I have not received the products. They seemed to have forgotten my order so when I requested a refund they told me that my order had been out of stock, but amazingly the product came in stock as my email was sent. They would ship out that day. 3 days later UPS still had not received the package from Moonbrew. sent another email requesting a refund since they were not shipping my order. Assured it would be here this week. Now it is delayed or lost in transport. So, I spent too much money to help me sleep only to have a truly terrible experience with this company.

I’ve never been able to use anything for sleep without a “hangover” this stuff works fast and no lingering effects whatsoever! It’s a miracle for me…

I was having a hard time getting to sleep and not waking up in the middle of the night. Moonbrew has totally helped me relax, fall asleep and I do t even wake up at 3 anymore. Plus the taste is a big plus.

I have been having this almost every night for months. On the nights I don't, my sleep isn't great. I do wish there was more magnesium in all the flavors, like vanilla latte. I enjoy this very much

As an insomniac, this is great stuff! Relaxes me and makes me sleepy.

The company has been good to work with except for the time they ran out of my flavor and I had to wait weeks after they already had my money. It would have been nice to recieve some sort of compensation for having to wait,

The product is great. It provides a good level of relaxation that helps before bedtime as promised. I love the chocolate as well as the vanilla latte.

Huge fan! So relaxing! I’m neurodivergent who struggles with Chronic stress and trying to regulate and Moonbrew made me want to give up alcohol and go sober, as it helps me regulate in a healthy way, profoundly and more completely, without the unhealthy side effects . Moonbrew is a life changer. Better than Alchohol for relaxing and creating true calm in your nervous system.

Good product, flavors are nice and not difficult to order.
