Long shipping times, misleading information and poor service.

Be prepared for long shipping times with this company. There is no sign on their site about lead times or out of stock notices, very misleading... You have to go trough their discord to get updates about stock and shipping and even then they are not sure when your items will be back in stock or when there is a batch incoming, you wont be sure to have your items as there is a backlog... Company seems to just "wing it" and have no proper information when you ask about it. Very frustrating as a customer.

43 days and my order is still not in sight.

Ordered over 1000€'s wofth of product on January 8th. Total silence from them until I started contacting customer support via Discord. They could provide nothing tangible other than "maybe and soon".
Its been 43 days without any further progress to my order.
Premium pricing is not premium customer service af Monstertech.

Absolutely great products and company!

I ordered a HOTAS chair mount system fully decked out with quick releases and all. Product was at my doorstep within 2 weeks, which is super fast when it comes to high end products in the sim world. I noticed I was missing a knob and MT went out of their way to make sure the situation was resolved. Within a few days the replacement knob was here with some extra stuff as well. Products, prices, customer service and packing / shipping is all S-tier. Plus, they like to sneak in packs of gummy bears with their orders which is just awesome! Do yourself a favor and try MT, you won't regret it!

One of the worst companies I have ever…

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
When I placed my order there was no sign of delay.
A month has pasted and still nothing. I got in contact with them and then said I still have to wait another month for a plate to come into stock. So by the time that would have come, that would have been over two and a half months.
They took the money out and had no intention of posting it any time soon. No apologies, no nothing.

After this experience I will cancel my pay Pal as they charge me, £15 for the refund.

This whole experience has been a nightmare. They should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they go bankrupt.

Great product but

Great product but :
- long time before shipping product : more than 3 weeks without any information...
- expensive : product expansive and expansive shipping with DHL
- product stable : great to fix correctly Thrustmaster Wartog on desk

Enormously poor customer service

Ordered some mounts on January 3rd 2023, didn’t hear anything from them for weeks, so I emailed and Joseph Hodges said it would be another week before they got the shipment and the next notification I receive will be it shipping, that was 3 weeks ago. This company doesn’t seem to give a crap and they can’t see that they need to open a branch in the US and quit trying to produce everything in one place, because it’s obvious they can’t keep up. They better hope the mounts are perfect or I’m getting a full refund, plus a refund on the shipping and I don’t care what they say.

Update: Cancelled the order for a refund and the useless employees couldn’t even apologize for it taking outrageously long, with 0 updates. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I ordered a complete MTS fighter…

I ordered a complete MTS fighter solution, 8 months ago, I’m still waiting for the chair to finish the building. So far, the product is good quality but the delivery process is too long 8 months and I m still waiting ! And none discount are offered to compensate !

Happy Customer

I’ve purchased chair mounts, a keyboard tray, the swivel adapter, and mouse tray extension. All were received quickly. I had one issue with the swivel mount end cap, but after contacting support they sent me replacement end caps at no cost out of warranty. I have no regrets for my purchase. The entire system is a good value for a trouble-free and expandable platform.

swivel mounts

bought some swivel mounts for my hotas and they come loose every day and need tightening. Because of this my mount has fallen of my chair and broke my hotas.

Expensive with poor service and communication

Poor communication and given the expense of these products and the way the company markets itself in its videos etc. you'd expect rightly so much better.

I placed an order for Christmas and waited 4 weeks for shipment. OK, now I look on the website the item says 3-4 weeks wait (maybe I missed that, I don't remember it though). But that's fine, I eventually got shipment notification and DHL tracking number from Monstertech and all good it will be here in time as the gift it was intended for.

What's not fine is when I noticed after a further 5 days the tracking is not updating on DHL's website. So I reply to the Monstertech email with my tracking number saying DHL claims to not have even been given the package yet. Next day I get a response from Monstertech saying they are having an IT issue and it will ship the next day (so actually even after being given a shipment complete email + a DHL tracking number it hasn't actually shipped and won't for another week).

I reply saying I'm very disapointed as you can imagine, now it may not make it in time for Christmas not to mention they didn't feel the need to tell me it hasn't actually shipped and won't for a further full week... No reply from Monstertech. No offer to try put this right and get it here on time, no offer for me to even pay myself to upgrade to a service that will get it here in time for Christmas (I assume there is still a chance, DHL is a major courier). Just total disregard.

The item then gets sent ECONOMY (shipping was an additional 47 Euro FYI, 20% of my items value) and confirmed by DHL it will not arrive until after Christmas.

I actually only even know it has shipped and won't be here on time now because actually the item is now on a different delivery number and the tracking number they provided me initially doesn't work.. but Monstertech felt no need to update me on the delivery details (luckily I can get to the tracking from that tax bill email from DHL).

Having now read some more reviews here, seems I am not the first to experience lacking service. They have some unique products, but they won't be my first choice going forward.

Good quality, but expensive and long wait

Good quality products, but too expensive for what it is.
Very poor website management, once you placed an order, the status is "Processing" with no additional information and then "Completed"... Not very fast for sending either, had to wait 3 weeks at least for my two orders, without any reason..

Stingy company...

Support are quite expensive... I'm ok with that cause they are great and it clearly something durable BUT when you order for 220€ two support they should at least add two Allen key so you can build it !

Poor customer service, communication and adhering to deadlines

I placed a EUR 1000+ order more than 7 weeks ago for a flight chair and Hotas mounts and center joystick.

When I placed my order I was told I would be shipped to first, but upon placing my order was told it would now be 4 weeks waiting time.

I contacted support for verification that I'd be able to get it shipped quickly, and was assured that this would be the case, as long as I ordered as one of the first. (I setup website monitoring tools to notify me of changes to the website, so I know my order was absolutely first).

Issues:
- The website's built-in Q&A system doesn't technically work.
- The company's separate Support Ticket system nobody responds to tickets there (why they have that I don't know when their internal Q&A system should do the same...)
- Their Order Processing system only has 1 status: Processing and gives zero transparency as to what's actually the situation, or when I can expect to get something shipped.
- Their customer support on email doesn't respond to emails sent to the company directly.

At this point I'm pissed as I don't know why, when or what's going on.
I believe the products are likely of good quality, but actually have no idea.

Really poor experience up to this point. Will update this review if anything changes.
