Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Ordered a "restube" for openwater swim and they sent a used muddy/dirty item. I cannot return because of time restriction that I dont have time to wait for new one. Better stay away from them and order through Amazon. Order no: 3488578932

I have ordered 2 items during Lidl’s…

I have ordered 2 items during Lidl’s Black Friday sale. I ordered for the Samsung soundbar and office chair. I have fully paid for my orders on Nov 20 using a debit card. The money was taken out of my account right there and then (good as cash). On Nov. 26, Lidl returned €99 without informing me what it is for, I assumed that the soundbar was cancelled. After a few days, I received the soundbar but not the chair. It has been 24 days and I have not received any update nor my office chair which was fully paid for! Now lidl has been sending me emails asking me to pay the €99 when they still owe me an office chair and an explanation why my payment was returned in the first place! I have called their hotline and the person gave me a wrong email address! I have submitted 3 contact formular about this but no response! They are sending me emails that is putting interest in the €99 when it is their mistake and no response from my issues!!! Where is my order?! Lidl online shop has put me in alot of unnecessary stress when I have fully paid for my orders!!!!!

Lidl cancels order due to product out of stock when it clearly was not even 24 hours after order made.

Two weeks ago Lidl online was selling the Honeycomb flightsim yoke for almost 2/3rd of the price anyone else nright now charges in the EU. It was sold out online within hours. A few days ago the product was available again in the online store and on the same day I ordered it. The next day I specifically checked if it was still available and it was.

A few days later got a message that due to the high volume of sold units the delivery will be another few days later. Today got a mail that due to circumstances the item is no longer available for delivery and thus the order has been canceled from their side.

How is this even possible? It said clearly on their site that the product is in stock. If it still is in stock 24 hours later, after my purchase, according to the site then how come it can not be delivered?

The fact that Lidl sells these at US prices and that they seem not to have control over what is in stock in the moment of purchase, implies that Lidl has this product shipped from a third party and that indeed it is not part of their stocking system. Something that if it's true is pretty dishonest! Better stay away from their online shop.
