Parcel lost in the mail
There was a problem with my order, Royal Mail lost my package, so it never arrived. Monster replied quickly , as it was too late to resend they refunded my money straight away with no problems.

Great service, card arrived on time, no damage, personalisation was clear and professional, the picture of BTS and the army logo was good and my Granddaughter loved it for her 16th Birthday. Would I use Monster Cards again? Definitely.
