These people are a total scam

These people are a total scam. Am still awaiting the neon sign I ordered 9 months ago. Initially got responses to my mails, but the last two have been ignored.

Youturnneon appear to be the Chinese manufacturer. Payments are taken by a company JCF E-Commerce Ltd, run by two jokers based in Oxford. You can find them in the Companies House website.

The same two guys are also Directors of Goat Group UK, which has similarly atrocious Trustpilot reviews and has the same address as JCF E-Commerce. Surprise, surprise, no contact details for either company can be found anywhere.

This company is awful

This company is awful. Made my order in April, still has not been delivered in late July. They refuse to respond to my emails, last 4 have been unanswered, I am now in a position in which I just want to cancel my order and get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give less than 1 star if that were possible!

Do not use - liars and cheats

Ordered and website said 2-3 weeks. Poor comms and no product. Didn't respond to emails. No phone number. Chased and chased. Finally spoke to someone who said they had an email account problem or similar. They refunded me 10% and said they would get to make it. They never did. Chased and chased - no updates or the odd 'very sorry we will make it' so I complained to AMEX and got my money back. This started in March and now it's mid-June and they never started making the sign I ordered. Shocking company shocking bunch of people. Plenty of other sites - I am now using a local site in the UK instead of this (probably) China based bunch of jokers

Do not use

Non existent customer service for a product I’ve not received after ordering over 2 months ago. Should have received my order by end of March at the latest, nearly 2 months later I’m emailing and getting 0 response. Disgusting customer service. Would not recommend or use.

Ordered my neon sign, will i get it?

Ordered my neon sign. No contact there after its been well over a month. Order number 2243. Dont ask me to contact you on e mail now. Ive sent 7 already. Dont think ill be getting it after reading all these reviews. Shame. Dissapointed in you Youturnneon!
Be great if you could respond and tell me when im getting my sign.

Terrible service, stole £326 of our cash!

Terrible service and pretty much thieves! Ordered a customised sign with colour Chang mode. Product arrived without colour change, bright pink as standard and the plug in the opposite side from what was ordered. Took about 3 months for them eventually to agree and organise return and agree to a refund. When they did receive the return we got radio silence and to this day are £326 down which I have been involved with trading standards in. They don’t have a phone to ring them, only email which I have been ignored 10 TIMES!! Please avoid - I do not know how this company is still trading! Worst customer service I have ever received and robbed all of our money!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Waited 2 plus months for our order to come. When it did, it was the wrong colour. I have emailed countless times and heard nothing. Poor quality and customer service. AVOID!

Avoid this Company

I placed an order for a Neon sign and after over two months I am still awaiting delivery.

The customer service is simply appalling and I have been left utterly disappointed!!

Awful customer service when things go wrong

Unfortunately I am at the point where I have to contact the Consumer Ombudsmen to help resolve my issue. The colour of my sign was wrong and I was charged for a colour changing facility that didn't exist. I was promised a refund but now my emails are being ignored and there is no way to contact the company by telephone. This has been going on for 2 months. Such a shame as I would have just purchased a different sign but now I won't use youturnneon.

Poor service and communication

Placed an order on 14th January. I have emailed and text with no response. Order still states ‘unfulfilled’ online!! Will be contacting my bank today to try and get my money back!

Ordered a sign for our company…

Ordered a sign for our company (Thrifted) store opening. Gone way beyond delivery date - they were super responsive when ordering. But have disappeared now and not responding to anything. Unbelievable. A £1200 bespoke sign.

Product didn't arrive, company not replying to emails

Same as many below, ordered two signs and only received one (past the fulfillment date) and the company are not responding to my emails requesting an update. One big scam, it seems. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first - if you're considering ordering take heed, lots of people aren't receiving their orders.

A familiar tale

A familiar tale. Ordered and paid for 2 signs. One delivered one not. Ignoring my requests to get an update. Have given them a deadline. If nothing, then will get my credit card company on to them. Suggest you all do the same. It impacts severely on their credit score with credit card companies.

Perfect!

The sign came very quickly and exactly as I had requested. I had ordered a custom design and the communication throughout the process was great. The final product was perfect with all the necessary hardware making putting it up very simple. I have wanted a neon sign for a very long time and the prices are some of the most reasonable I’ve seen. Very very happy!
