Response to my problem was prompt considering the time difference. A proper operation and maintenance
manual for the laser would be a big help. the quick start manual has better information on LightBurn than it does the laser. We've been using LightBurn for years.

I had a great experience with Monport

I had a great experience with Monport. No matter how big or small the order is, their customer service team always gives 100% effort to help solve any issue.

My 6W Diode Nano Laser recently had a problem powering up, which turned out to be my mistake—I had accidentally erased the firmware, causing the issue. At first, I wasn’t aware of the software or how to fix it. However, a Monport engineer reached out to me directly and provided clear, step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot and restore the firmware.

Thanks to their guidance, my machine is now working perfectly again. Their customer support is outstanding, and the product quality is excellent as well. I highly recommend Monport for both their reliable machines and their dedicated service.

Awesome Service, Could’ve Been a Touch Clearer"

"The service was great and definitely exceeded my expectations. The team was friendly and responsive, which I really appreciated. The only challenge was that I needed more clarification on how to do what they were asking, so it took a bit more effort on my end. With clearer instructions, it would’ve been perfect. Took us some time, several emails back and forth, waiting for parts, etc. to resolve the issue but the team had patience with me and I with them and we worked through the issues. Overall, still a really positive experience!"

Reno 65w laser! Etching fun!

Got my laser within a couple days of ordering it got it in set it up had some issues getting it going contacted customer support they responded almost immediately and over the next three four days we worked through the problem figured it out got the machine running they were friendly they were helpful really wonderful to deal with i hope one day to possibly get to meet them in person cuz they were so great to work with . The machine is awesome the laser I got the Reno 65 watt I'm just getting into all it can do and I'm going to have a great time with it!!

Monport GA 60w fiber laser

I purchased my Monport GA 60w fiber laser and have just finished setting it up. Even though there is a learning curve, following their manual I quickly downloaded files & began to laser. Amazing results! I would highly recommend this company for anyone interested in fiber lasering. Monport has been exceptional with both the purchase and follow up with ant questions I have.

Great Customer Service!

Great experience so far with the laser but also great service on the customer support side. I had an issue where the laser wasn't wanting to process the images quickly enough so it caused issues while engraving but the company worked with me on troubleshooting and the customer service was incredibly supportive and responsive to help.

Amazing customer service!!

After having a small issue with my GA100 laser not firing, I reached out to customer service for assistance. Ailyn and Drin were quick to help diagnose and provide instructions in getting everything back up and running! They also sent me a new RS232 that connected my laptop directly to my laser in order to see what was going on with the laser itself. After following the clear instructions they provided, along with their technicians advice, and clear videos, the laser was back up and running! I gave it a few days before writing a review, but the laser has been working without any issues!

Item never received! Tried to claim a refund via PayPal and all they show is a tracking list, no proof of delivery, no signature, no photo of where it was placed.

You get what you pay for

The machines work, but will require some tinkering and knowledge to get it to work well. You will need to do upgrades on the machine such as the air assist and exhaust. Customer support is there to help, but does take a while and on numerous occasions got my shipping info wrong.

Great Customer Service

I am brand new to Monport and have purchased the Reno pro 65 watt CO2. I am not familiar with CO2 lasers and have struggled a bit getting started. Customer service here has been exceptional whereas when I started I wondered who I speak to. This company has been on it and I really appreciate their help.

Great experience so far with my Monport laser

I’ve had my Monport Reno65 Pro for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. It was well packaged for delivery, easy to set up, and I’ve already been able to complete numerous projects with it.
