You send me another offer for a great review but you haven’t processed my order in excess of $180.I’m not pleased I’m growing impatient send my order or I’ll be asking for a refund and get my bank involved canceling the transaction.
Remember this was supposedly a limited time offering. I’ve yet to receive any information when to expect delivery. I’m not waiting for the slow boat from china to fill my order via NJ. Hurry you time is limited. M. Shannon

Ordered 2 Monocular Telescopes and 2 phone mounts on November 25, 21 and was told delivery in 7-10 days. Sent email after email asking where the goods were. Got emails back saying glad I was enjoying the products! Told them NOT received. I was given a £14.39 refund which was meant to be 20% of the order but that was only off part of the payment. Finally on December 15, 2021 I cancelled the order because it was too late and requested a full refund ie £111.91 less the £14.39 leaving £97.52. PayPal is now taking up the issue because the only response is to offer me 30% discount and 50% credit on the account. Refused since I shall never shop with this bogus company again. Please beware everyone - the reviews are for the most part awful and the main thing is they will take your money and leave you without the goods (my case) or supply shoddy goods (according to many reviewers). I am very elderly and can’t afford to throw money away.

I have had numerous conversations with your customer service reps and in all cases they were not able to solve my problem which is getting a 50% credit for the 2nd starscope. Please have someone communicate with me and credit back the amount of $28.47. The 1st order I placed got hung up after I put all the credit card info in and I had to back out. I placed the order again to completion. Order numbers 2117680259 and 2117679885. Talking to your CS rep after that she said she would not cancel out that bogus 1st order BUT she would credit back to my card the 50% value of that order. Where is that CREDIT?

I am reviewing ONLY customer service because the product is a Christmas gift and has not yet been used. It took longer than I anticipated for the product to arrive, but whenever I contacted customer service to inquire on the status they responded quickly. It was frustrating that they could not tell me exactly when it would be shipped, but I attributed that to the shipping problems all across the U.S. which they had no control over. Upon receipt of the product, I had a question and contacted customer service via "chat". I was completely satisfied and impressed with the agent and the process.

I would rate them 0 but the program won’t let me. I am very disappointed in this company, I ordered a scope and holder on 11/10/21. They took my money on the 10th. I kept receiving emails that my order wasn’t complete, you would go on site and they wanted you to pay again
I have called them and they tell me the scope will ship soon. On 12/2 they sent an email that the scope was ready to be picked up by USPS. To date 12/12 it is still waiting to be picked up. VERY DISAPPOINTED will never buy from them again.

I keep receiving emails thanking me for my review which I have not at any stage given until now. Considering I also have not heard anything from you or received anything from you since paying more than10 days ago! Appalling service and I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone.

I own several different telephoto scopes, one is a folded prism monocular, the other a small pair of Tasco binoculars. I wasn't expecting all that much when I ordered my Starscope, but frankly, it blows my other scopes out of the water. What I like best is how large the opening for the eyepiece is - it's wide and bright and clear, making it really easy to see through. This is a WORLD of difference compared to my other scopes - with both of those I have to position my eye PERFECTLY to see anything through them, but with Starscope I can see right through it the instant I lift it to my eye. I wasn't expecting to love my Starscope this much. Now my other scopes are gathering dust in my desk drawer.

You're not going to be able to see the moon, but this works great for hiking. I use to spot birds, deer and more.

The video shows a scope clipped on to a smart phone .When I paid I was offered a tripod and figured these lipped on scopes (gifts for my adult kids wouldn't require tripods or could get themselves later. When the four scopes arrived they have nothing to attach them to a phone , The instructions read 'use compatible phone clip,sold separately. However that wasn't offered when purchasing. I'm told they can't possibly work anyway and I just feel scammed.

Absolute rubbish. Does not do anything like as much it claims on its advertising. Would give no stars if allowed.

Awful, awful business who act without any decency or honour. Their adverts make numerous false and misleading claims and the actual product is unbranded, cheaply produced, poor quality and does not work as described. I have now lodged a formal complaint with my payment provider. Their customer service try to hide behind totally one-sided Terms and Conditions governed by Laws in British Columbia even though the web address shows a business based in New Jersey. I hope that by leaving this review other people can avoid the hassle of dealing with them in trying to get a full refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

They are thieves. They lure you with their video then when you put it in your basket, they say there’s no guarantee and ask for another £8. Then the smartphone attachment from the video is another big chunk of cash. I left the site without completing the purchase in disgust but after e-mail requests to complete the order, running out of stock etc (which I ignored) it arrived a month later. No order confirmation or delivery/tracking info ever arrived, just an e-mail to say it had arrived. I then realised they had stolen the cost from my credit card the month before when I abandoned the website. My credit card company says I had to return the item which i have done, I await the refund. I have provided their own e-mails as evidence I did not order; they ignore them and keep sending a fob-off standard reply that customers have to pay the return shipping. I am not a customer; I did not order. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I saw their offer, which seemed good, £30 for a scope and being based in the UK, I was fairly confident I’d get the item quickly.

Three weeks later and I’ve not heard a thing from them, so email them via PayPal. Fairly quick response, saying that a refund would not be possible as my items had been shipped, however when tracking details were provided, it turns out that they actually only posted the items that day FROM HONG KONG!

I’ve demanded a full refund via PayPal from this bunch of scam artists, and would strongly recommend staying well clear.

It looks like a UK company, but the kit isn’t here, or in the Netherlands office which answers any customers enquiries, it’s in China.

Such companies prey on the inexperience of those who don’t know any better. To anybody who actually understands cameras, lenses and a bit of physics, such “lenses” could never do 99% of the things they claim they can in the real world.
