Terrible Experience
Ordered four items on December 8th. Order to my knowledge was never even processed. I think this is a total scam. Today is January 1st. Only thing I have gotten back it that they are going to check on the order. These were to be Christmas presents. Well Christmas has come and gone.

OMG I cannot believe this!!
OMG I cannot believe this!!! I too placed my order on 12/12/21 and still have not even received a tracking number. Finally I found a phone number and its a call center somewhere in the world :(
Paid over $179 for this crap. I will be contacting my bank Monday and WILL get a full refund!
I am also contacting the BBB to see if I am able to hook them up. With all these horrible reviews, maybe this will come to an end for Starscope.

My experience so far is dismal at best. I placed my order almost a month ago and still haven't received the product, but rest assured Starscope has collected the money. I am beginning to regret placing the order and if I don't receive what I asked for I will dispute the order with my credit card company.

On 12/19/21 Janine canceled my order. She did not give me a cancellation number. Additional emails ask that I reconsider even though there are no assurances of shipping date/tracking number. Without a refund to my credit card I have filed a dispute.

Never again
I’ve contacted the company 5 times. Each time they send a thanks for a stellar review on their products…I haven’t received any product. They said once they are checking with earehouse to get shipping info, but no thing besides that. I am sorely disappointed and so will my granddaughters be disappointed as these were Christmas gifts. I don’t know whether to cancel through PayPal, which already took my money, or what. No where in original salt was I told it would be shipping from China, but that’s what I expect. Never again, Starscope, no matter how great the product is. This is supposed to be a one star review.

I didn’t receive my order yet, but when ordered starscope I had a few questions. I emailed but didn’t think a response would come. Mr Uno responded and verified my order and referred my address. I in turn responded back confirming address and appreciated the response. I’m sure product will be great item. So happy to let others know your dealing with a first class company. Do not order from these people. I ordered the starscope on 12/2/21 and as of today, 12/21/21, have neither received the product or a shipped conformation. I called the number on their website and got a recording to notify their customer service by email. I have emailed twice with no results. They have charged my card, however. I will be filing a claim for the return of my money.

Will not get scopes before Christmas!
I placed an order back on 11/11/21, Christmas gifts for two Grandsons, still waiting! When I placed order it said would be here in 7-10 days! I have called x2 two different ladies but, they both saying the same things! Sorry for delay,
Items still in warehouse and they will expedite my order! They will send me a email with my tracking number? Then I receive an email saying, wrong tracking number? The number is the same number I recited to the two ladies?? I do not like to be just pacified, I was so excited for my Grandsons to have these scopes!
I just want an unscripted answer about the delay!
