It's 13/01/2026 and I've wagered £26,000 and what have I gained from this ? £5 on the weekly game and maybe 20 free spins. Being a plus member just means you might get a box every month if you're lucky (multiple times I've had a box with £0 in) and they'll be promotions asking you to wager £300 for a chance to win something but you won't. This Monday just gone there was one where for every £150 you wager, you get an entry to win money, there was 16 prizes and despite being wagering thousands and getting 50+ entries, surprise surprise, I didn't win anything. This has been the final straw for me and I'm no longer going to deposit anything. I've actually spoken to them a few times about my dissatisfaction but they don't care so now they've just lost a good £1000 a month they were getting from me.

Monopoly allow you to deposit money and then close your account without being able to use it. Customer services (James B) are no help whatsoever. Please don’t waste hard earned money with this joke of a fraudulent company.

so my account got closed on my birthday which sucks. I was Sent and email from bet365 they have been shared details with an operator and have closed my account?  On ther side they told me I need to speak with the operator..... wtf is this bs.  I dont understand why my account got closed on behalf of monopoly. My daughter joined this casino and within 15 minutes of being on there she won a jackpot on the fish game £85.000 However she went to withdraw and typed in a wrong amount by mistake. She tried to correct it and cancel the withdrawal and then it wouldn't allow withdrawals to her bank, only to the card she had used and maximum she could withdraw was 25.000. So she done that and was going to wait till midnight so she could withdraw the rest of it but her casino account got closed hours after and never saw the rest of the money. Even had bonus money of £160 in the box thing and lost that too. I advise anyone to avoid these. Customer service are crap, you have to request a callback and they never do.

Promotion is glitching. Serious warning to anyone with epilepsy as when you click the promotion tab its flashing ridiculously between a white loading screen and the promo screen as intended. Doesn't work and is a health issue. Wouldn't recommend.

If there was a negative rating that is them. Not even worth a star. Don’t play with them. I ignored the reviews and regret playing them. When I won I had to contact costumer service back and forth before they released the payment. They request sort code and account number for withdrawal. No genuine and proper betting sites does it. Be extremely careful. It’s probably some scammer behind the site, if you invest big you’ll have to get that back in blood

Put 50 quid won 3500. Paid with in 7 hours on a weekend. Very happy reading the reviews was worried however better than alot of others who make it so difficult

Straight up scam! Stay far away. I have 150.+ sitting in my account I can’t withdraw. It will let you deposit. But will not let you withdraw. ACH check is bogus. I made a complaint to the gaming board. Also asked for a paper check. We will see how that goes. Not onto another solution to get this app shut down! All the money they are taking from people.
