Honestly this site is the absolute worst casino I’ve ever played I know gamblings gambling but come on! This just takes and takes couldn't even win more than 20p off a £20 deposit with 20p spins, every game has poor payouts, features take a lot of spins and deposits to trigger, £90 on a game over several days with dead spins got 1 feature won £5 then nothing else landed. If you have pending withdrawals they will not allow you to deposit more money from your bank account. It's shady how they do it because I use ACH it allows me to go in to make a deposit but then somehow they have a hold or a stop on me depositing shady place do not use them.

I set up an account and sent a $50 deposit. None of the games would let me in to play. When I tried the help it kept saying technology issues. I just asked for my deposit back that I sent etransfer and to close the account. We'll in order to get deposit back they want photo ID back and front. They want a selfie. Im not putting my info out there for $50. Its not like I won a big jackpot its just a refund. This online casino is shit. Dont even bother.

app. There are many fraud reviews that are true. They will start taking money from your bank like people said that will not show up anywhere in your app history, not on apple or inside app history. Then, if you call, they close your account. They say check history. They will report you as basically a “bounced check return” when you file fraud like a normal person does with their bank. Then they will send you legal paperwork and ask for notarized paperwork and police report. This is all under $100 mind you so youll be wasting months of time and money because you would not let this app steal $10 here and $50 there hoping you wouldnt notice while you are not playing on app.

Scammers! Like so many others here, they have closed my account immediately after I attempted a withdrawal. They had no issues when I was depositing and playing until I tried to withdraw, then my account was suddenly closed. They then asked me to complete enhanced verification which was unnecessarily tedious (stand outside my house holding a photo of my ID, with the door number of my house visible in the photo as well as today's date written on a piece of paper as well as images of my bank card and bank statements)! I have done enhanced verification on other sites and it was never this complicated. Nevertheless, I did everything they asked but they have now gone silent. I am sure they do this because it sometimes prevents people from being able to withdraw so the casino can just keep the money. Absolute joke of a company. I will be writing a letter to the gambling commission and speaking to my bank to recover my money. I will also be seeking legal advice for a civil suit against them. I just wish I had read the reviews here beforehand and avoided this whole ordeal. PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM SITE AT ALL COSTS. Bally sent me a personal invitation to join thier new casino (this one) that came with a deposit 10 $ get 80 $. Only my address changed since signing up with bally and they transfered all my information from bally to monopoly causing me to not be able to verify. It made it so even with talking with thier live chat and explaining the situation, uploading my current ID and bank statement with my new address I couldn't get verified in time to use the bonus. It's 13/01/2026 and I've wagered £26,000 and what have I gained from this ? £5 on the weekly game and maybe 20 free spins. Being a plus member just means you might get a box every month if you're lucky (multiple times I've had a box with £0 in) and they'll be promotions asking you to wager £300 for a chance to win something but you won't. This Monday just gone there was one where for every £150 you wager, you get an entry to win money, there was 16 prizes and despite being wagering thousands and getting 50+ entries, surprise surprise, I didn't win anything. This has been the final straw for me and I'm no longer going to deposit anything. I've actually spoken to them a few times about my dissatisfaction but they don't care so now they've just lost a good £1000 a month they were getting from me.

Monopoly allow you to deposit money and then close your account without being able to use it. Customer services (James B) are no help whatsoever. Please don’t waste hard earned money with this joke of a fraudulent company.
