Awful customer service. Very disrespectful.
I DO NOT recommend it.
They changed my appointment at the last minute because "a priority customer' wanted my time slot without even informing me.
They casually dropped a line saying they couldn't find my apartment key where I left it, then just stopped answering my messages. Which caused me to panic, leave work, and run to my apartment, thinking I was robbed! Only to find the key exactly where I said it was.
The customer service staff, the ONLY contact number I have, said that she's busy and doesn't have time to answer my messages, lol.

You literally have nothing to defend yourselves against the above points except for saying that I made the staff wait for 20 minutes ONCE!
I very respectfully apologized that day and asked her to rest on the sofa while I finished getting ready quickly.
Respect is something we're tought since birth, and that's why I'm still using respectful language while you refuse to apologies to the points I mentioned in my review. Your reply is only more aggression and disrespect.
I'd be happy to share screenshopts of our conversation as proof if you continue with the disrespectful behaviour.

Service client déplorable. Très irrespectueux.
Ils ont changé mon rendez-vous à la dernière minute car "un client prioritaire" voulait mon créneau sans même m'en informer.
Ils m'ont dit en passant qu'ils ne pouvaient pas trouver la clé de mon appartement là où je l'avais laissée, puis ont arrêté de répondre à mes messages. Cela m'a fait paniquer, quitter mon travail et courir à mon appartement, pensant que j'avais été cambriolé ! Pour finalement trouver la clé exactement là où j'avais dit qu'elle était.
La personne du service client, le SEUL numéro de contact que j'ai, a dit qu'elle était occupée et n'avait pas le temps de répondre à mes messages, lol.
Je ne le recommande pas.
