Property damage 12.000€ and no responsibility …
They subcontracted the cleaning of some delicate blinds in my luxury property to a third-party who immediately burned them and blackened everything and caused €12,000 worth of damage that’s not including the costs to rearrange everything that’s just the cost of the damaged item. I’m in year three of trying to get a resolution or have them take any sort of responsibility for this dreadful situation.
