Had a great experience using Monito for my business. In an attempt to find an easier, cheaper way to send payment to another country, Monito gave me some options. I chose one, used it, loved it, and will be using it in the future since it solved all of the issues we were having!

Amazing comparison portal. Super useful for anything abroad from international money transfers to eSIM.

To make me to improve my self to make money online

Generally monito.com gives a good overview of money transfer alternatives. But it´s quite disturbing that introduction offers (often first transfer only) are recommended as best offer with no comments, compared to standard priced offers. It leaves many users disappointed and confused.

Quick, complete response to my question via chat. Easy to review and compare available options for money transfers.

Every time I used Monito, it oriented me to the best and cheapest remittances company. I actually saved a lot of money by avoiding the famous remittances websites and choosing some I didn't know yet that offered better services. Monito gave me confidence in trusting these less-known companies and I never had a bad experience.

I've used Monito several time to find the best option to send money to Mexico. It made me save a lot of time and money.

If it wasn't for Monito I'd still be sending money with my main bank and losing out on bad FX rates! Monito showed me that there was a cheaper way (Remitly) and literally saved me hundreds in transfer fees.

Now I always recommend people check Mointo before sending money.

I have used Monito for many years to find the best exchange rate to transfer money. Monito has ALWAYS been the best one stop shop to do my exchanges. The one improvement would be to have a real time alert to either mobile number or email of a spesific rate e.g.I was waiting for 1.13 and regularly checked till a company hit that rate

Monito allowed me to quickly find the most cost-effective way to transfer money abroad. The platform is very convenient and easy to use.

Although they do good job in summarizing the information and making it easy to read, I was disappointed with lack of details on some instances that makes you think one company is better than other. For example: the comparisons on the website is seems biased for Wise saying that "Wise is consistently one of the best-priced providers" when the competitor is better and through generic statement for the competitor that sends you wondering "What! should I do my own research to get accurate information, then why am I reading this review". In other words, just read between the lines to know that Wise is not good in (specifically talking about exchange rates and fees of money transfers).

I have not done in depth research for different currencies, but from quick one, it also seems they hide or not list better rate offers when on "Compare international money transfers".

Advice: Read carefully when comparing and use other websites to confirm details.

This was originally a long criticism about a specific article about Capitec International Transfers. The suggestions on the article lead me to several dead-ends. Feeling like their misinformation lead me to wasting a lot of time and effort, I emailed Monito’s support (support at Monito dot com) explaining the flaws in their article - only to be ignored. About two months later I wrote this review - which I’m now deleting and re-writing. The CEO of Monito responded to my review promptly, deeply apologising and offering his help to get my money transferred. It seems their principle email account is ‘info’ at monito dot com. What I appreciated the most is he actually updated the article. I’m happy to know that other poor Capitec customers now have much better advice to follow.

The biggest lesson out of everything is don’t get a Capitec account.

I have been a user of Monito for years now and I recently had a bad experience with one of the vendors referred through Monito. When I took this to them, François from Monito was so adept in handling this with the vendor and got is sorted within a day. I'm happy to see a company holding to their grounds and adding to their credibility through their service. Highly recommend Monito and their services for their product, trustworthiness and customer service.
