I really like all the features and benefits that come with Money Lion. I like the ease of use and the app is very easy to navigate. Of course easy funding is nice also. They do charge extra for instant access to funds.

All the different ways to earn a few bucks are cool. I don't like that I have to download the games or that surveys take more time than it claims and will time you out with very little survey left and give you 3 points for a survey that paid out 80 points or more

THEY ARE KEEPING MONEY ILLEGALLY THEY KEPT TAKING MONEY AFTER I REVOKED MY AUTHORIZATION AND THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT JUST BECAUSE I REVOKED MY AUTHORIZATION AFTER THEY STARTED CLEANING OUT MY BANK ACCOUNT MORE THAN 4 TIMES IS THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO KEEP THE MONEY AND NOT RETURN IT EVEN THOUGH LEGALLY THEY HAVE TO RETURN IT THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY IGNORED MY REQUEST FOR REFUND AND THEY ARE ALSO BEING SUED LIKE OTHER CASH ADVANCE APPS FOR THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE SAID HE CLOSED THE COMPLAINT BECAUSE HE SAID IT IS RESOLVED WELL IT'S NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME THE MONEY BACK KNOWING LEGALLY THEY CAN'T KEEP IT

Moneylion offers many different ways to accure cash wether it be borrowing earning or investing., even through referrals. However those of us that don't have direct deposit only get 5$ and 50$ for those who do which isn't really fair to those who have businesses or are self employed. The milestones are extremely hard to reach because they are timed especially the last ones which are worth most money. But the platform itself also teaches u budgeting and had a community of peers you can post through etc.

I have been with Money lion over a year and it helps me thru tough times and I dont feel alone because I have the community and the chat. They are the best out there. Its easy to use the app and alot of optios to receive help with everyday finances and debt.

Customer service people obviously don't speak English. I.e. when asked "Why are you sending a new card?". Response was"you card #### is active and useable". Apparently the English as a second language class was insufficient. Today was not the first time. Several calls have been made and all of them barely comprehend English

Overall, I find them to be an excellent, accessible, and affordable option for short-term, small-dollar loans.
