I have being trying to transfer my cash isa to a provider with a better rate and each time I try Moneyfarm claim not to be able to find my account even though the new provider is giving them the correct details including 2 unique identifiers of my Address and NI number. Poor

Decent returns. Year on year and operates across a broad selection of ETFs. Tiered accounts, if you have enough invested, you can access their investment consultants and ask about your account and other queries on general market movements. Their newsletters they send are often informative about what is currently ongoing in the market. As someone with a managed account, you are going to be paying more to use their service than you would on a DIY account on another platform. But part of what you are paying for is the service they are providing in ensuring that you have access to seasoned industry professionals and are kept updated about what's going on in general broad market movements alongside their investment strategy. I have an account with them and also my own DIY account on Trading212 and generally I feel comfortable with their investment decisions.
The interest on the cash isa is competitive and depositing was simple. Trying to withdraw funds is more complex. First having to de-invest and then requesting a withdrawal. It took me some time of trial and error to find how to give a de-invest instruction. You then have to wait several days to give the withdrawal request, so cannot obtain immediate funds.
I have been using Moneyfarm for just over a year now. At the time I had never invested and the thought of choosing my own stocks and shares seemed daunting. I was recommended Moneyfarm via the Money to the Masses podcasts as an easy to use Robo investor. The interface is very good and easy to use, all you do is deposit funds and they invest it all for me using this risk profile questionnaire on sign up. Fees are higher than the DIY platforms, but less than a financial management service which I had also looked at, so it was a nice in between for me. Customer service us great, 5/5 for ease of use. I would recommend it for anyone who has no clue about investing and wants to get started without having to pick their own funds. Fees decrease as your investment amount increases, and there was a fee free deal for the first year as well. The managed stocks and shares ISA is great
I am working on my wife's account since early April I have been trying to get you and Santander to communicate with each other to Transfer her Isa from you to Santander.
Santander have written 3 letters to you but you have done nothing I need an answer as to when this transfer will happen

I would like to have advice on other products and perhaps a phone or zoom meeting
The most shocking part is the transfer process itself. Before your ISA can be transferred to another provider, you are required to move your money into the Moneyfarm cash pot, where it earns no interest whatsoever. Even worse, this process has already taken more than three weeks, and my transfer has still not been completed. During this entire period, my money has been sitting idle, generating no return while I continue to lose interest every day. This unnecessary delay has turned what should be a straightforward ISA transfer into a costly experience, leaving me financially worse off than if I had simply kept my savings in an ordinary cash ISA. Customers deserve to be warned that leaving Moneyfarm can mean weeks of delays and a significant loss of interest.

Joined based on competitive rates and good reviews in general - I wrote this review for the unexpectedly excellent proactive and responsive advisory service. I have one advisor - Nestoras Kyriakou - since joining years ago and his client skills knowledge and helpfulness are exceptional. Very rare in any industry in this day and age - well done Moneyfarm
Firstly they get my name and telephone number wrong on the app, not quick to amend.
Then after requesting an ISA transfer in early MAY I'm still waiting (currently 22/06) despite recieving an email on 9th of June to say it would be completed in 4/5 working days, that's after many telephone calls and emails chasing, I also received 4 letters from other bank telling me they have had no response from Moneyfarm concerning the transfer, doesn't inspire confidence in them looking after your funds .

Set up a Junior ISA and requested a transfer from Hargreaves Lansdown. Moneyfarm sat on request for over 4 weeks before doing anything. Very slow service. Now that my daughter has turned 18 we need to convert into a regular stocks and shares ISA. No guidance as to how to do this in the app or website. Email sent two weeks ago...no reply..further email sent by daughter a week ago..again no reply. Chat function has been switched off...very poor service.
What should we do?
[Update] Well, it's 15th July and the transfer has finally, over 30 days later, taken place.
Moneyfarm really needs to sort out its admin or it will continue to have a lot of irritated customers.
I have invested with this company for many years and have had excellent service throughout.
Transferring money out to another ISA is a nightmare that takes roughly speaking 2-3 times longer than and you loose much more money that you may have gained by a marginally better interest rate.

Almost a year now since transferring my portfolio over to Moneyfarm. Great decision. App is user friendly, investment lines easy to understand and performing well. Communication is frequent and customer service is swift. Charges are reasonable. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.
