I ordered on June 2nd, the order did not arrive until June 14th which was disappointing as I had ordered for a trip I was going on. The fit was way off, not even close to their sizing chart. There are no reviews on the website, so you cannot see how others rate the fits. By the time the suit arrived, I did not have time to get another. I sent the swimsuit back June 15th. On June 23rd I received notification the return was received and to allow up to 14 business days for refund (WOW). As of July 11th (which was 14 business days), I still had not been refunded and had to reach out to their customer service. They advised they would get the refund processed and I saw it come across July 14th - so my question is, were they just not going to refund me? It was as if they'd forgotten. Ill fitting suits, long ship times, beyond long refund times. Would not give this place a second try.

Ordered to the uk and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip. It arrived in less than a week, and the bikini and sarong are beautiful!
Will definately be ordering again!

Customer service is horrible. The sizing is so off, and you’ll have to be out of pocket $20 to return your bikini when I arrives 5 cup sizes too small. Also returning is such a hassle as it’s DHL not Aus Post.

Monday Swimwear has the best selection I’ve come across. I found perfect gifts for my wife, her sisters, and mother all in one place. The Palm Green shade is hands-down the best color I’ve ever seen. Plus, their customer service team quickly resolved a shipping issue I had. From start to finish, it was an outstanding shopping experience.

So I ordered the straw hat on a time scale, I sent them an email to say I needed my item quickly and they responded that day and got the item shipped out.

Received my item today and I love it, super fast delivery and communication.

I absolutely love Monday swim! I am very particular with the fit of my clothes, and I have found that Monday items are so comfortable and durable. I have been wearing them for years, and still use my first suit from them that I purchased years ago. I recommend to all my friends looking for new swimwear.

I ordered a dress and it arrived just in 3 days to the UK. The fit is absolutely amazing. I’m 1.82 m tall and usually struggle to find clothes that fit me well, but this dress fits like a dream. It looks and feels fantastic. I was so happy with it that I ordered two more dresses today.

They are so great!! I have ordered from them previous to this most recent order! Well, I ordered some new items for a trip and I had some questions about my order because I paid through a third party this time and the app wasn’t updating on my end. I reached out to their customer service and they were AMAZING and SUPER quick getting back with me so I was in the loop with what was happening!! They were so nice throughout the whole process and kept me up to date! Emailing me with updates! I can’t wait to get my new items in and continue to order!! Ordered the aspen tank and after a few wears one of the seams started coming apart (assuming it was a product defect as I have the same top in multiple colours with no issues). I emailed their team and they were SO lovely - their CX team had a new one on the way in less than 48hrs :)

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed my order then let me know half isn’t in stock but went ahead and shipped just the top. Why would I want half of a bikini? Then have the hardest time getting in touch with anyone!!! Will never order again.

Second time over ordered and the fit is the best I’ve ever had in swimwear! So comfortable, the most buttery fabric and so flattering. Will be back!

This is the second time I've ordered from monday swimwear and I'm as satisfied as ever! The customer service was perfect, the delivery was very fast, the clothes are great quality and fit really well. Nothing to complain about, I 100% recommend it !!!

I ordered a set and decided to exchange it for a different color at the last second before a girls trip. The entire process for exchanging got complicated for me because I had asked for store credit instead of a refund. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately. They made sure I received my new set the day before I left for my trip, and the new set was gorgeous and perfect. I’ve already put another order in. Not only is their swim line amazing, their customer service rocks!

I love their swimwear! And the customer service is next level too. The quality, fit and different designs make their product worth every penny. My chest size is a 32B/C - depending on the cut and have always found it so hard to find a bikini that flatters my naturally thin frame; I also have quite a bit of underboob but not much cleavage. Only swimwear that makes I truly think flatters my shape/ physique.

The best quality - in love, obsessed! The most inclusive for all bodies - I’ve always struggled to find a brand that will fit properly. I am small on the bottom, but size 32DD - most brands don’t have a lot of options. They manage to provide the perfect fit for all body types - while keeping it sexy!
