Great swimwear but hard find pieces that look good on a bigger chest.

I bought a bathsuit for the first time form Monday Swimwear. I wore it on vacation one time and washed/rinsed it in accordance to the directions. Ever since that one time the suit has odd stains up the front and back. When I reached out to customer service they asked how I washed it and if I used sunscreen. After a few back and forths they said too bad but looks like you got something on the suit and we can not help. SUNSCREEN was on the suit and it is a bathing suit so that happens! I found them ride and unhelpful.

Monday Swim not only has the best quality items, but their customer service is truly top tier. They have always been very understanding and have always resolved any concern/issue I've had. I've been a customer for many years and will continue to do so because I know they truly care about their customers and always make sure we have the best experience.

The quality is AMAZING. The customer service did a wonderful job helping me navigate an issue, I noticed a snag on the bottom bikini after I've removed the tag and safety sticker, they were so quick to send a replacement without asking for the bottom Piece back. They made it customer service so effortless that I felt confident ordering 3 more sets

Super cute swimsuits and even better customer service! Finally a brand that replies to emails, is helpful and friendly and goes the extra mile. Love this company. Will definitely be purchasing more!

If you are going to actually wear the bathing suit at the beach and in the pool beware. I had my suit for a month and extreme fading happened to the point where it looked like I had been wearing it for a year after only a month. I rinsed my suit after wearing and I feel their care instructions are implying that this suit can’t be actually worn in the water or be involved or near anything involving being outside and in the sun near a pool or ocean. It was disappointing because I really thought it was a high quality suit otherwise. But for the price and the short amount of time it took to fade, very disappointing.

I had a question about the item I ordered, and received an immediate response. The shirt and biniki top I ordered are good quality and beautiful colour, the Ice stripe is exactly as shown and the Ibiza blue is a gorgeous colour.

From a consumer side, it is tough when you purchase your first item online because you don't yet know how the items will truly fit despite the best efforts of any sizing guide. I know I definitely felt it when I wanted the first return to be free after ending up with a size that didn't work; but I understand from a business perspective the toughness of returns especially with swimsuits and intimates. Still a super cute and meaningful brand!

I’ve been purchasing from Monday Swimwear for at least 5 years. The inconsistency in their sizing over time has become really disappointing. They state that different fabrics affect sizing (this really should be worked on rather than leaving it up to the consumer for trial and error). More than once I have purchased a top or a bottom in a different color - but same fabric - and it just doesn’t fit the same as the previous purchased bottom of exactly the same fabric, just different color. Example: I own one of their bandeau tops in two different colors, I purchased a 3rd in the same fabric and when I held the tops up against each other to compare sizes, the 3rd top was markedly smaller. I sent a picture to Monday Swimwear to show them the discrepancy. I had made the mistake of removing the tag (but can’t wear the top due to how small it is), and they would not issue a refund or an exchange.

I’m also disappointed with their ship times (default 3-12 business days) as well as the restock fee that is deducted if you try to return something.

This swimwear is too expensive for such inconsistent sizing, long delivery time, and a restocking fee (which you will inevitably incur when trying to get your size right, having to try multiple pieces before finding the right fit).

I used to consider it a pretty reliable brand but I just feel like the inconsistency and poor user experience has made it hard to want to purchase suits from them.

I was really excited to try Monday Swimwear, especially given the price point and the brand’s reputation but unfortunately, my experience was hugely disappointing.

After wearing my swimsuit once (with nothing but sunscreen), it developed visible discoloration. When I reached out to customer service with photos, I was told it was likely due to an “external substance” and that sunscreen, a totally normal product to use with swimwear can cause damage, especially on lighter fabrics. Because of this, they refused to offer any replacement, refund, or even store credit.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a premium swimsuit can’t handle basic sun protection, and that their care instructions don’t clearly call this out. There was no accountability or accommodation offered, which makes the high price tag feel even more unjustified.

I really wanted to love this brand, but I can’t recommend Monday Swimwear after this experience. Poor durability and even worse customer service. Buyer beware.

I’ve purchased from Monday Swimwear several times this past summer. I fell in love with their bikinis and feel very confident in them. I have had zero issue with sizing and I appreciate how photos will show model sizes with different sizes. I am pretty flat chested but have wide hips so it’s been nice to find several pieces that work for me. However, these bikinis have very specific care instructions and I found that a pair of bottoms I had started to crinkle at the waistline after being air dried and hand washed (as directed) and i’ve only worn the bikini a couple times now. It makes me nervous about washing it in the future, especially since the garment recommends washing after contact with chlorine. Also, it takes forever for them to air dry so it makes me just want to throw them in the dryer. I’ve contacted customer service once and they responded quickly and were fairly helpful. The only thing I have had qualms with was when they advertised that you’d get a free Kopari gift with purchase, yet nowhere (at least not on the screen of any of my devices) indicated that purchase needed to be from a specific yellow-ish color they just released, not just any purchase. For an Australian brand shipping to the US, I do appreciate how quickly it usually arrives, but I have had some delays with customs and the transfer from DHL to USPS, but that is a customs issue not a brand issue - but something to keep in mind for purchases close to trips. Also, the reusable bags that they send the individual pieces in are perfect. I use them for packing all of my pieces for trips and I look forward to them every time. Overall good brand and obviously will and have repurchased.

Cute bikinis but cheap quality for the price. Buy elsewhere so that you can actually get your money’s worth. Customer service? What customer service? It really is as bad as they say; when you go to return they will take off 20% or more off the price and customer service will ghost you. The sizes are inclusive but unreliable; it forces you to go through this excruciating returns process. Also, you will buy the bikini and a day later they will have it go on a random flash sale with no hope of matching the difference. Further, you’ll need to shell out $400 or more to start earning points with them. Never shopping here again; very unprofessional business practices and no willingness to build a relationship with the customer. Instagram brands don’t do business the way it used to be done.

I love Monday swim. I’ve had the hardest time finding tops that fit me comfortably without feeling like I’m about to fall out OR feeling like there’s too much fabric. I sit at a 32G bust and these larger options are THE BEST. I get the VV size and I can still make it smaller to give myself a certain look without it bunching too much but can give myself full coverage if I want too! Best best best swim I’ve found!

I love this brand! This is the only swimwear brand that I’ve found a comfortable bathing suit to wear postpartum. I’m obsessed and replacing all my bathing suits immediately!

Had the best experience with customer support from start to finish. I had issues when I ordered with my order being linked to another shop account. they were quick to assist and fix this issue. I had to return items that didn't fit and they were quick to process this and get my my refund. Overall so happy with my experience!

Service was very reliable and fast shipping. Items are great quality and good fit. I would say go up a size if you are not sure.

Obsessed with this swimwear brand! I actually can’t get my bikinis from anywhere else anymore (which my bank account isn’t happy about!) They are on the pricey side compared to some other brands but you get what you pay for and they are definitely an investment. Quality is great and I love how the tops are fully adjustable at the back so you can get a bigger cup size and the band still fits. I’ve never had any issues with ordering or delivery, but I always make sure to order with enough time as I know they are an Australian brand and I’m based in the UK.

I ordered on June 2nd, the order did not arrive until June 14th which was disappointing as I had ordered for a trip I was going on. The fit was way off, not even close to their sizing chart. There are no reviews on the website, so you cannot see how others rate the fits. By the time the suit arrived, I did not have time to get another. I sent the swimsuit back June 15th. On June 23rd I received notification the return was received and to allow up to 14 business days for refund (WOW). As of July 11th (which was 14 business days), I still had not been refunded and had to reach out to their customer service. They advised they would get the refund processed and I saw it come across July 14th - so my question is, were they just not going to refund me? It was as if they'd forgotten. Ill fitting suits, long ship times, beyond long refund times. Would not give this place a second try.

Ordered to the uk and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip. It arrived in less than a week, and the bikini and sarong are beautiful!
Will definately be ordering again!
