STICK WITH WAZE!!!!!!
A gadget that does not charge; so I've used it twice (until it had no power/charge left) and since then have not been able to charge it. I ran the car for over an hour several days ago, trying to charge it at the same time, but the battery remained red. Contacting customer service is useless as they don't reply - clearly once they've made the sale and taken your first year of payment they could care less!
Additionally it's very difficult to be part of the community who signals an alert if you need reading glasses, and are travelling at high speed - I have no intention of pulling over, putting on my reading glasses and working out which button to push for the 'yes' or 'no', or even, for that matter, to read the alert.
A total waste of money and I'm stuck with a useless little black box. STICK WITH WAZE!!!!!!
